Not just having a LinkedIn profile but being an active user just as you would on Facebook and Instagram. Drop thoughtful and relevant comments, make connections, like and share posts (you don’t know who is watching and like you mentioned you may also not know who is viewing your profile). I got my current job via LinkedIn (the recruiter slid into my inbox lol) and the whole recruitment process was very quick and stress free. Bottom line is position yourself and set yourself up for success! I definitely learned something on this one .
