I did the same a older woman had a seizure and went into a deep ditch. I jumped out pulled her out and called 911. The cops didn't say thanks or anything. The woman thanked me later and asked why I helped. I said, "I was in the Army and I swore to protect my country and help those in need of help."

They are the people who will ask a stranger "what can I do?" They are the people who will join search parties to look for a missing child in their community in the pouring rain and freezing snow. But you don't have to do big things to be a hero. For anyone reading, "You've just had a seizure but you're okay now" in a calming voice is what you want to say to someone coming out of a seizure. They are going to be confused and scared and even if they've had seizures before, they won't (neccesarily) remember that while they are coming around.
