Dan when you step back in the drill how much weight is in the back leg/ foot and how much weight is on the front leg/ foot percentage wise . Also if there’s wight in the back foot where is the weight ( inside foot ,heel )

Can you please share information on the head position.
When your posture is correct, and you are in harmony with gravity, the position of your head takes care of its self. This drill will put you on the fast track to a dynamic swing!
mAYBE WE SHOULD GET SHOES WITH THE HEEL LOWER THAN THE TOES.
The shoes are less important than the posture, which when correct, will allow you to find the edge of your balance safely envelope. Practice this off all kinds of lies and think of yourself as a pirate with two peg legs. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your posture & rhythm improve.
