Hey Nei'bors - If you let the batter sit for a bit, you'll see some water form - that's natural and ok! Simply give the batter a good stir and fry-it-up 🙃If you don't have a Korean mart nearby but still want to try Bindatteok, you can get premium organic mung beans here at Gochujar 🙌: gochujar.com/products/market-kurly-organic-nokdu-mungbean

You can use regular rice for this?! The recipe I used when I made these required chapssal, but now I have a big bag leftover and don't know what to do with it! Got any chapssal recipes?

Are there any short cuts to soaking overnight? Short low boil?? Can we blend the DRY beans and rice into coarse powder to bypass soaking?

So the mung beans on your shop look like they are peeled but whole. I can only get mung dal here easily which is split. I reckon it should work since it goes in the blender anyways, but maybe i would have to cut down the soaking time? Any suggestions?

Can you make Bindaetteok without pork ? why pork in every dish, Did you know the story, of a poor pig who went to a monastery and made a complaint to one of the monks, and said "pig eats pigs" because pigs do not have many vocabularies, They have taken humans as two-legged pigs. Good luck guys, you both look handsome and beautiful.
