Enjoying your videos very much. Thank you for all the good info! I’ve read a lot where eyes should be centered in the frames and temples should go straight back to the ear. These guidelines create a problem for me because I have a large head. I own a couple of Shuron Ronsir frames (the inventor of the browline style). One is 54mm with a 24mm bridge. The temples go straight back, but size of the lenses make my eyes appear too close together. The other is 48mm with a 20mm bridge. My eyes are perfectly centered in the lenses, but I had to slightly bend the metal bridge to get the temples splayed out so they don’t dig into the sides of my face. It works pretty well, but the lenses look just a tad small on my big, long, oval face and the temples sort of angle back to my ear instead of going straight back. I love this style of frame and get compliments, but trying to find a happy medium can be frustrating!

Tons of colorways, but the one I wear I had a hand in the design of. 🫢😏

Are those yellowish ones glow in the dark??
I used to think bridge mattered during my own new journey discovering glasses but thanks for dismissing that false belief. I've bought a dozen pairs of glasses online to see what fits right bc the ppl at the store were useless. The frame height is an important number to me bc I like a wide field of vision thru the frames and not all retailers post those kinds of numbers... also very interested in the total weight 😄

Not glow in the dark but they do fluoresce under black light!!!!
Frame height definitely matters as well as frame front width, very few post these unfortunately. Weight is tough since prescription will change it but also a well balanced frame can feel better than a light weight poorly balanced frame, so less relevant than we would like to think. 😁

Hey buddy is - 2.75 to -5.75 a big change in prescription??? Especially if I felt that only a small change was neeed because I still see pretty decent out of my old glasses?? I hope you see this. Thank you....

      I see everything. 💀.
That’s a pretty massive jump, however, without knowing more there’s no way to say. Definitely a discussion to have with your eye doctor or prescriber.

I orded some frames online and when they got here I noticed that compared to my usual glasses they didnt have a curve.
Idk how to explain this but i will try... My other frames have a slight curve that sort of complements the curvature of my head. The ones i ordered online are sort of straight? Is that normal or are my frames defective?
They are acetate and im wondering if they lost the curvature from sitting in the texas heat outside in the package before i got home.
It also looks a bit weird on my face sometimes bit idk if im just tripping.

It's a design choice, or materials used. impossible to say which without it in my hands.
No rhyme or reason, but very flat frames are extremely popular today.

@@ThatGlassesGuy03 ok thanks. Also to further clarify I'm talking about the part that consists of the bridge and the lenses. Not the arms.
Btw your videos are great keep it up. I'm surprised you don't have more subs. Those frames you have on are badass too.

Yes that’s what I was basing it on :) flat base designs (no wrap to the front at all) piss me off to no end. 0 functional purpose 🙈😂
Also, thank you very much!!! 😎
