From what I read, Gainax sold FLCL and Gunbuster rights to IG Prod behind the original creator (working at Studio Kara now) back. It was like 10 years ago. Nadia the secret of blue water is owned by the tv channel who broadcastzd it back then. I don't know how they will manage these IP right now.
