When I first saw Chucknut build in Bellingham, I thought you were going to refer to the build in 2024 where the used Prefab walls accomplishing the same wall design by “Collective Carpentry” again achieving Passive home with a prefab assembly.

Interesting point about CDX only coming in 3/4". Even Home Depot carries 1/2" CDX here in the west.
