Screen Printing Screen Reclaim Process (Step By Step)

Showing you exactly what happens to screens after they are done being used. We go through a thorough screen reclaim process to get the screens extremely cleaned so we can continue to use them for our next project.
First chemical we use is our in remover to get the inks off the screen (Easiway 701)
Second chemical we use is our stencil remover to breakdown the emulsion (Easisolv 500)
3rd step is to do one last decrease and remove all stains from the screen using the easiway 701 again then rinsing to make sure all is clean!

Do you prefer that garden hose and pressure over a pressure washer?

Both can get the job done but a pressure washer definitely helps. My pressure washer was just acting up lately so I stuck to the garden hose
