What is the purpose of Street Photography Festivals & Galleries?

In late September 2021 a big photo festival (Photopia) was held in Hamburg, Germany. Taking part of that Festival was the second German Street Phtography Festival. But there was also another event happening at the Meister Camera Store that was a little bit more interesting...
