Aas-salamu-'alaikum. this is great video. Alhamdu lillah. can you explain a bit about this method? Like, what a studend will learn on day2, day3 etc. student has to repeat page of day1 all the remaining days of the week. but how many days they will repeat what they are learning on next days?

yes ofcourse..even if its just 1 a day... eventually it will get easier

How are we going to preserve those written pages; we have to be very careful to secure them

Just wanted to make sure I'm understanding this method properly. I know it goes 50,40,30,20, and 10 day-by-day for a specific page then take the 6th and 7th to consolidate. But on the second day of page 1, then you'll also be doing the first day of page 2. And on the third day of page 3, you'll be doing the second day of page 2, and the first day of page 3? It'll continue like this till there's a point where you're doing 150 reps of pages 1 - 5 of one given weeks pages?

Yes. It’s about 100 to 150 repetitions
@@SFM-Academy So I tried this method out last week and I can tell that it's a powerful one but it takes a lot of time(of course I know you'll have to sacrifice to memorize the Qur'an but being that I'm a full-time college student taking over 18 credit hours and I revise 3 ijzaa a day there's not a lot of time around[not saying this to brag just so you understand the time commitment])
So I decided to cut the repetitions in half doing a 25-20-15-10-5;
I the first day I did this getting to 25 repetitions alone for page 1 took me a little over a 1hr. The second day doing the next page 25 times and the old page 20 times nearly took me a little less than 2 hours. Day 3, the same thing happened, but I couldn't get to the 15 repetitions later in the day for Day 1.
I feel like if I focus on this method, I'll sacrifice my revision. Generally, my revision takes me about 1hr30 - 2hr.
Any advice?
@@MamaWho Revision should get easier overtime inshallah. Initially it also used to take me that long but now it takes me 30 mins. Like you said it is the effort. But it will get easier with consistency and time inshallah.
@@SFM-Academy Ustaadh could you please clarify what takes 30 minutes? My revision isn't a problem aH 3 ijzaa in 1hr30min is the perfect amount for me to enjoy and reflect on the ayahs while not going to slow. But the memorization method itself takes me a very very very long time. Reading one page 25 times alone takes me about 40-45 minutes because I want to read it properly and with the same tone every time. Now if I have to do a 25-20-15-10-5 ladder every day then I don't see how it's possible to follow this method unless you're doing full-time hifz
So the the repititions are from seeing the copy of the page you wrote?

I also believe that this is the best or one of the best methods. But what is your opinion that, for example, the Holy Prophet (saw) could not use this method because he was illiterate (ummi) and many of the Sahaba too? So he could not use this method at all and could not write down the Quran as you do in this method. But still, God has said in the Quran to him "سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنْسٰٓى" (We shall teach thee [the Quran] and you will not forget [any of it]) (87:6).

I can tell of reading it also works gud.
1.Recite one line 10 times then next 10 times.
2. Combine both and recite 10 times.
3. Then next line 10 times.
4. Then all 4 lines 10 times.
5. Keep doing like this until u reach Ur goal.
6. Don't forget to revise next day
,There are many apps and books you can buy that teach you how to write Arabic.
Salaam,, , whilst I agree with you that writing down what one is trying to memorise aids immensely, however my question is,, how do I dispose of all the writing,, written Quran that I have accumulated over my journey,, obviously at the beginning of the journey their will be mistakes whilst towards the end,, it will In Shah Allah, we will have reached perfection,,, I repeat how do I dispose of the material once I am done with it
