Still have my original Shubb that I bought in a guitar store on Market St. in San Francisco. That was late 70s. Bought an Ovation guitar there and the guy ssid "try this capo. Its a Shubb. Theyre the best". I was playing on the street and in dive bars for drinks n tips. Still have that and the "A" tuning fork from that day.

The Shubb Stainless Steel Deluxe has been recommended to me, and I'm going to buy one. My only gripe is that why is it made in China, but retailing for over $32 Canadian?
The best capo because Shubb Capos are expensive in comparison to other capos, looks the best and elegant on them high end guitars….But at the end of the day, it’s just a capo….

I'm only using this because Chris Martin of Coldplay does use this specific model and brand for his acoustic guitars! And also it's an amazing capo!
