in both sides. tanks have done their job or try to, its not their fault for being destroyed by a weapon designed to hit tanks, yes leopards are good, yes a t-90 is good but the war shows that anti armor is useful and that vehicles are being only used for defense and only ever used assault to take advantage of a isolated pocket or trying to rush a possible break through. so people fighting about these things are odd to see a tank destroyed = it was useless.
