Remember guys - SCP is the true enemy of humanity. Thing is - Entity supposedly gave humanity both ability to suffer and empathy, which makes sense as you can't feel heartbroken without ability to feel love etc.. This means it gave humanity both good and bad emotions since bad emotions and suffering is a natural consequence of good emotions within our current reality. So now let's face the facts - one guy experienced What Happens After and SCP goes omnicidal - what guarantee do we have it is natural afterlife for humanity. That guy was a high ranking SCP staff, likely done a lot of evil he saw as justified, likely his actions brought untold suffering he saw as necessary, his mind was likely severely warped because of his knowledge as well as frequent memory wipes and, as far as we know, SCP never determined anybody else actually suffering that fate. Maybe, just maybe, the hell he experienced was not the afterlife others experience, instead being the fate he brought on himself throught his involvement with SCP Foundation? Considering Flame Guardian and SCP-001 as if dr Clef's proposal one could infer further idea that What Happens After is actually "What Happens After Being Considered Unworthy to Enter Eden" and considering SCPs willingness to go along with omnicide on data gathered from one case which wasn't even properly studied as they went apeshit with study group of 1 human being this is an useless concusion from scientific point of view. SCP basically decided to wipe out humanity fully ignoring SCP-001 and the possibility of some sort of one of abrahamic religions being true to some extent, making What Happens After not ultimate fate of humanity but ultimate fate of SCP members suffering consequences of their actions done under assumption that goals justify the means.
