I didn’t watch the series when it first aired but when I was looking for something to watch whilst flying to New York I watched the whole series and loved it. I bought the DVDs and am now re-watching the series, and loving it all over again.
I saw this movie the other day, and I really loved it, especially the film making aspect. The cinema was gorgeous, particularly the scenes shot in South France.

Love seeing behind the scenes footage! Just think a film being filmed in the film. And then a person filming behind the scenes of them filming the film.
but yet you came here, why? You do know yours is not the only opinion in the world. Besides, you have had time to see the movie if you chose to do so. So, your complaint does not hold water.
I knew a filmmaker who specialized in making "behind the scenes" films. He made a decent living (middle-class, not rock star) making these sorts of videos. A lot of it is selection - watching most films being made is, in real time, about as exciting as watching paint dry. So, he'd shoot a lot of video, and try to edit it into some sort of story.
Downton Abbey walks that thin line between having extremely handsome and beautiful actors and actresses, and trying to cast people who look at least someone 'ordinary'.
I don't care to see "behind the scene", that somehow ruins the magic of seeing the show. I'll wait to see the show when it comes out on DVD, because I need CC to understand what is being said. Can't wait!
I still marvel how actors can maintain their pose in pretend-characte when a mike is suspended overhead, cameras in their faces, a dozen or more of crew watching, equipment and tracks scattered all around, etc.
I’ve watched the series all the way through 7 times (maybe 8) so I’m obviously addicted. But I didn’t like the 3rd movie. The story lines are very far fetched and and Lord Grantham is distractingly over-tan and thin.
@@cagney1st it's incredible that Americans are so irritating when it comes to wearing masks. It's just a cloth. Like wearing a scarf. To make such a tantrum like a child is so embarrassing honestly

Beautiful movie. I am on the edge of my seat awaiting the next one. Fabulous writer.

@@peachygal4153 uh this doesn’t sound like a complaint to me…

I was hoping for a series. 😌
2:45. Are we gonna start the vid or is it just one long intro?
A film showing the film on the film!
Cool
Interesting that Brampton was Phyllis Logan’s home in Lovejoy
Really. Lady Felsham at Felsham Hall? Love joy is comfort food for the soul.
A wonderful way to earn a living 🤩

The sheer stupidity of masks blows my mind every time around
Had to stop watching. I was driven mad by the blank screen every few seconds
Seeing the staffs are wearing masks among the actors is weird, how’s that safe 😅
Seeing as masks do nothing to stop the spread of anything, it was ludicrous all around. Couldn't even watch this past 5 minutes . . .

Aa
The stupid masks🥴
Really... face masks.
Agreed. Just plain ridiculous.
the movie is too long with a stupid plot, don't waste your time going to the cinema, just wait for it to stream.........
No te gusto? No estuvo fea pero para ser sincero no creo que era necesario una secuela
I have to agree. Finally watched it on a plane because I couldn’t find anything else.
Why the repeated cuts to black. Off putting to say the least.
