I love those chairs. I would use them as plant pot holders. We have to have everything movable. We own the trailer home but not the property. I love how Salsa comes out and reminds everyone to stay hydrated
Wow, those glasses with the wooden handles! We had those when I was a kid. Don’t know where they came from but it was probably nearly 50 years ago. Sell them at your flea market very nostalgic.
I knew one couple who would buy lights brand new each year and after Christmas would pull them down, pack them into a twisted jumbled mess in a box and put them away. Following season they went and bought brand new lights and tossed the ones from the previous season. They did this for several years straight. Go figure.
@@noahellis3672 I had a young lady who live across the street, she would put on a Hugh display and tree in her yard as well as in her house, the first time I witnessed her take it all down and fill three 55 gallon trash cans, then put it all out to the curb, I asked if she mind if I took them, she OK'ed it, in the five years that she lived across the street from me, and the first two years after she moved. I have not had to buy a single Christmas set of lights or yard decorations. To this day ten years latter, I still have most of them as well as helped out five single mothers with young children that now live on my block have a magickal Christmas when the children woke up to a tree in the house and the outside of the house and yard all lit up with lights and decorations. all I've had to do was buy a $.99 pack of 10 replacement bulbs.

Awesome 👏 finds !! I went through that glass in my ankle and I think 🤔 the doctor got it out. That doesn’t feel good !!! It was in your hand for a year omg 😳 that would hurt !!! I went back to the doctor yesterday he said their isn’t any more glass in their. Of course my ankle wasn’t swollen but it is now from going through junk I shouldn’t of picked up that cannot be fixed. Cannot be donated and some of it was recycled. My ankle is swollen like a huge swollen goose egg 🥚 from lifting stuff up. Of course it wasn’t swollen yesterday He said swollen was a normal I do not think 🤔 so. I guess I’ll get a 2nd opinion.
He really should have a wooden ramp. They're so easy to make or just use wood you find around in the trash. I did that when I I used to haul a push lawn mower in my van. It's soooooo easy
Taco the locksets on that toolbox are very easy to change out. The lock on that filing cabinet might just fit it, if you have the keys to that. They are pretty much universal the only difference would be the mounting hardware and you have all that already on the toolbox.
OOOOH Ever since I saw an example of Faux Bois sculpture (for the garden) I've been obsessed! Those metal frame chairs would be perfect for a smaller project. Fun video! yeah, not all tool carts are made the same.

Hi Taco they still make Craftsman tools they are sold at Lowes. The thing about those lite snow blowers is people think if the machine is lite its easy to use until they get some heavy snow they realize the hard part is getting the snow threw that little machine

Sadly some municipalities don't permit picking up stuff from the trash, especially dumpster diving. Either way dumpster diving or trash picking is a way to recycle or repurpose stuff. Taco Stack its great that you repurpose stuff from trash picking!!!
Small city I lived in a few years anything between curb and sidewalk was fair game EXCEPT anything in the recycling bin. Dumpster diving is illegal statewide. Its trespassing and theft.
Those tool boxes are definitely valuable. I sold 2 without keys. I even put it up on the description no key. And I advised them in person. They still end up buying them. They we’re near perfect condition and I can’t believe it was thrown out. I just had to clean it and easily earned 50$. For each of the 2 I sold.

There is a 3 didget number on the tool box lock, take the tool box to locksmith and they can replace the key or for around $10.00 replace the entire lock , which is a 10 minute job that you can do easily. There is a horseshoe shaped spring piece holding lock in. Slide it out and slide new lock in. Insure the locks are same length and you have to match the lock arm. It’s really easy I have done it on my truck toolbox and several desks.
Depends on where you live, actually. In our city, no one can take anything from the trash and/or from the curb. It’s a city code violation and carries a monetary fine. Wish it were different!

I'd still go and take the items and let the cop cite me for it then take a hearing and tell the judge I'm saving the environment and landfill from it. As long as you can testify you didn't make a mess and throw garbage all over the street, I don't think there's a judge in the world that would find you guilty. Yes you're technically violating the law, but the judge has the power to dismiss it. He has to look at two things, those two things being the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. The letter of the law says you cant rummage through garbage and remove it. But in the spirit of the law the ordinance was created to prevent people from making a mess as they carelessly rummage through the trash and knock it over and leave it all over the place making it harder for the garbage men. So yes under the letter of the law you are guilty, but in the spirit of the law you are doing the right thing by not making a mess on the street and also keeping landfills free of extra waste and pollution. Point that out and articulate those facts at your hearing and I don't think any judge in his right mind would find you guilty and make you pay a fine! Keep saving the planet people.
@@roberts5118 I hear you, and ....the City has indeed fined people who did exactly as you suggested. They went to court, presented the “saving the environment” position ...and they were fined $100 for first offense.
It was discussed here before, Lowe's has the Craftsman brand now. On the tool box, you can replace the key unit, since the door is open, in perhaps 5 minutes. The new lock & key from hardware store is cheap also. Or, put a deadbolt on the outside to hold close, Velcro strip on insid6or a magnet on inside. Nice find! 👍👍

The key is on the box still, but on the side facing inside your van. You flipped the whole box upside down. You will find it when you unload it.

The key was still in the door...you flipped it over...hopefully on the other side...yes..I did rewatch it...lol
Why don’t you get a set of ramps you could have rolled the the tool box into the van!

@@roberts5118 I hear you, and ....the City has indeed fined people who did exactly as you suggested. They went to court, presented the “saving the environment” position ...and they were fined $100 for first offense.
It was discussed here before, Lowe's has the Craftsman brand now. On the tool box, you can replace the key unit, since the door is open, in perhaps 5 minutes. The new lock & key from hardware store is cheap also. Or, put a deadbolt on the outside to hold close, Velcro strip on insid6or a magnet on inside. Nice find! 👍👍
