loved the chorus effect
Very Good! Notes are perfect, although I’m pretty sure that Chris plays with his fingers on this song.
He does! Usually I would play this with my fingers as well, but I had some problems with my wrist and It hurt to play with my fingers. So I just choose to play with a pick this one :)
Because Chris is mad

Excellent playing. It's a great song. I'm going to try and learn this. It may take some time....lol. Thanks for a good clear video which will. help me :D

Wish to play more drums as well, not as easy when you don't have them at home :D
yeah man, thx for putting in the tabs for us tho@@Coverine 🙏
superb tutorial.
What gear did you use to get that tone? Sounds amazing!
I think I used some Chorus effect on this one. Thank you ✌️🌻
Bias FX 2 plug in
@@Coverine I see, thanks for your answer
tremendous friend!! Ask, what pedal are you using to give it that sound?
love it !
Nuevo seguidor ⚔️🤘🏻
That sounded awesome, and I'm wondering if you used a foot pedal to give it distinct sound
Thanks🌻I was using chorus effect just a digital one(Bias fx-2). Someone in the comments said octaver pedal like boss OC-2 would fit here a lot(with added chorus I suppose).

Is this in drop D tuning?
Yes
The original is in standard E, but a lot of people play it in drop D to make up for the lack of an octaver that is blended in an octave down.
The way it's played here is correct as far as notes and pitch go, (apart from the low F# which should be an octave up) just in the "wrong" place; it's all played up at the dusty end.
what effect did you use on bass?
I believe some chorus and compression
Is that tuned on D?
Is this in drop d?? Not standard?
no it's Standard A440
Yes, drop D
How did you get your tone?
I used some chorus in this one, originally it's played with synth effect, but I don't have a proper one atm
saltatio mortis grosse träume bass pls
Rockson JB ?
Cheapest 'Vintage' I bought used for like 80-100€
@@Coverine Ty !
For all you pick hating bass players, check out Scott Thunes plying live with Frank Zappa.
I am a relatively new bassist. Can anyone suggest easy songs to learn
It depends on what you like. Always try learning songs that you love, it will be much more enjoyable :) You can try Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc. It's pretty easy and cool
I would recommend Animals by Muse, has a bit of riff, an interesting rythm, and overall the tone is awesome. It's a song I use for warm up. There is a piano cover that I use as a backing track of the same song.
Standard tuning ?
d a d g
You make this looks too easy and I know it’s not 😂
You should try tho! Maybe it is not that difficult ;)
I stayed gaping here

Thumbs down for playing with a pick
Using a pick for Muse song but fingers for Nirvana song... NO SENSE!!!
He used a pick because his fingers and wrist were sore.
You can play with whatever you like as long as it sounds ok . And this sounded spot on.
