  • When preparing for a Upcoming Trek, it's recommended to include jogging in your fitness routine. Jogging helps work out the same muscles used during trekking and can help build endurance. Here is a suggested fitness target based on the trek difficulty level:
    - Easy - Moderate Treks: Aim to cover 4.5 kilometers in less than 45 minutes.
    - Moderate - Difficult Treks: Aim to cover 4.5 kilometers in less than 40 minutes.
    - Difficult - Challenging Treks: Aim to cover 5.5 kilometers in less than 45 minutes.
    To achieve this fitness target, try jogging at least five days a week. Start with a shorter distance if needed and gradually increase over 2-3 weeks. Focus on improving your speed and aim to consistently cover the required distance within the specified time frame before your trek. Allow 6-8 weeks to prepare physically for the journey.
