Non-removable battery is a big red flag for me, it screams planned obsolescence. I'll go for the Action 4 or the 5 if it's released.

Great vid. If your using this as your main camera and making “cinematic” videos (cars etc) then I recommend the phone attachment so you have a large screen and full control.

Nice video, do you still feel if you had to pick one? Would it be the ace pro as you said in a previous video and do you think the low light performance the pocket three is dramatically better?
Thoughts on using this for running reels on instagram? Currently using the insta360 ace (non pro) but having an integrated gimbal is very enticing versus hoping for steady clips and having to edit the fov in post editing.
Good, honest review - You’re definitely better off purchasing the Creator Combo bundle, it offers a substantial saving over purchasing the additional accessories separately. Totally agree with your comments about the protective cover, oh boy that thing is a total pain in the arse, hopefully someone will other a better alternative in the near future ;)

there's a lot that would stop me buying this. i mean we in the uk have grey, damp and wet weather, 90% of the year. its not being all that waterproof. i would not want to risk it out and about.
also the gimble is both a good and bad thing, it looks so delicate. i'd be too scared to use the thing outdoors!

OSMO POCKET 3 is just too delicate my friend.
Na.. Just get the DJI care add-on. Less than the price of a filter and you get replacements for reasonable price if you do accidentally break it. But it's definitely not an action camera. As a tool, its great.
@@AndrewCCM Yeah people should realise this isn't an action camera. It's not that fragile but the structure is strong enough that it doesn't break on impact. It's a mini camera without the hassle of a smartphone.

I don't vlog or produce content but went with the Insta360 AcePro. The DJI pocket is not my form factor.
