The U.S. really needs more PSAs like these. What I find funny is that if these were in America, as "gory" as they are, so many people would get upset despite all the gore, violence, and sex in TV and movies yet can't handle something more realistic and relevant.
Don McCollough I'm Canadian, but I can agree it's more sickening when it could really happen. I watch these videos without complaint though.
Well, imagine a kid's just watching TV, and suddenly a weird commercial comes on. It looks creepy. There's a man and a woman yelling, but then the man hits the woman, and the woman is crying. Imagine how this child must feel, how confused or scared they are. That's why we don't have a lot of PSAs like this, we don't need little kids being traumatized. (Btw I'm talking like, 4 and 5 year olds here, not teenagers)
Don McCollough, and the US gets butthurt for having 13 reasons why on Netflix cuz it's not good for kids or is "triggering" and it sends a message...basically a 13 episode psa and America gets butthurt over it, it's a shame we can't have these psas
I rather liked that series. It does seem a shame that people can't handle things these days. :)
The United States used to make PSAs like this, but in they're getting less and less scary.
The music in some of these is worse than the visuals.

Yeah for real, I remember seeing that when I was learning about driving safety in school and it went over seatbelts. The fact that I still remember it even 10 years later says a lot
The "Heaven Can Wait" PSA was brilliantly executed and kind of funny considring how many people believe ghost can pass through walls but he can't even unbuckle a seatbelt.

I know this might sound kinda silly but there's gotta be some secret magic stuff we don't know about in them Danish PSAs. I mean there's just something so whimsical about them.

number 24 is one of the scariest psa on this planet because when I first saw it I said "HOLY SHIT! WHAT THE FUCK! THAT JUST FUCK UP MAN! WHAT WITH THE MUSIC AT THE END MAN!?"
Heaven Can Wait is ridiculously beautiful. It's absolutely devastating and exceptionally creepy but I just adore the concept. Wear your seat belts, kids.

Lesson of these car PSAs: Don't drive with crappy unsafe 80-90s cars, instead buy a brand new car with 8 airbags, ESP, TRC, lane warning system, etc.
Great. More ways for us to become lazy drivers. If we rely on all those sensors then the machines truly have won

I was born in France and I remember seeing almost all of the French PSAs in this video when I was like 6, they all terrified me into being like, way to extra when it comes to being careful

It makes it so much scarier when it is shown as you would see it from a dashcam or a security camera rather than being given the slow-mo John Woo treatment. Just carries that little extra bit of sadness because it implies that the world will go on without you.

The Dutch advert at 5:57 shows footage from the massive fire at Bradford City FC's Valley Parade Stadium in May 1985. Horrendous stuff that was.

+Mormon Jesus That must be an issue far more common in the Netherlands than where i live. The only kind of self-lit fireworks i've seen are sparklers, and if someone is going to use illegal fireworks they either go big or go home. i don't think i'ever seen anyone use a small rocket firework :/

I thought the firework just hit him, but in fact it had landed inside his hood just a moment before, and what I thought was an impact was just the firework exploding. If not for the hood, it could have bounced off him. Instead, the hood kept it close to his head. Thanks for the explanation!

I found Heaven Can Wait from Belguim Beautiful with the Ghosts and Human Ball! Especially that Animation and the Ball gets Bigger and Bigger until it's Huge, and nearly Crushes that Poor Woman with her Child!
That firework PSA hit too close to home, as I was involved in getting hit by a firework lit by my cousin (unintentionally) as a kid. :| That's enough UA-cam for today.

It's weird for me to see that the message in the last one is about what clothing to avoid wearing when everyone is lighting fireworks. where i live home fireworks are so freaking illegal and yet my neighbor goes all the way out to las vegas to bring home professional sized ones (which he could've ended up learning his lesson when 2 in a row failed to fly into the air and exploded a few feet off the ground and into the crowd. thank god no one was hurt, but because of those fantastic displays every year our house gets covered in debris (EXTREMELY dangerous) and im surprised none of our animals have had heart attacks on 4th of july)

I think one of the most stupidest things my cousin told is that "People 19 and over don't have to wear a seatbelt." If that were true (which it's not) I don't care! Put your seatbelt on! Because if you get in a car crash and you go flying out the car, that's on you.
