Im glad im not the only one who finds it cathartic to watch Blair 15 years later on a Sunday night before work tomorrow. It feels like the comfort of being 14, living at my parents house, no worries except school the next day. Life is so different now. I needed this.
I was literally about to post something- verbatim! ❤ It’s so important to just zone out sometimes and I find that when I allow myself to just veg and watch her I feel calm and light-hearted. So fun! Keep doin ya’ thang, miss Blair! 🎉 Been with ya for 15+ years over here. ✨
They say when you listen to the same music from when you were a teen it gives you a dopamine hit, I feel like the same is true for UA-camrs you watched when you were a teen! ❤️
Am I 32 and still following tutorials from the same person that taught me how to put on makeup in their green bedroom 15 years ago? You bet! So happy to have you back in my feed 😊
Just now realized we have been a mess since Blair left 😂 The bag video, and this will have us going back to work as brand new people. I think the only thing missing now would be like a clothes haul with like the best basics she has found so far.
I have no intention of doing a blowout anytime soon, but I clicked for the nostalgia and stayed because you explained everything so well! I've watched your videos for 14 years & I'm so glad to see you back
i feel like the previous set up sounded and looked a bit clearer but im also watching on mobile so sometimes that’s not a great representation. but the blowout looks gorgeous my love❤️
Watching your videos was not on my 2024 bingo card, but I’m so happy to see you back! I was 17 when I started watching your videos back in 2008, I’m now turning 33 at the end of the month. Time flies. P.s. I need to know where you bought your wallpaper from! It’s gorgeous
I remember learning how to do my makeup by watching your videos when I was in high school. I didn’t have any female influences in my life who could teach me how to do my makeup so your videos were invaluable. I’m 26, almost 27, now and watching you on a Sunday night as I wind down and prepare for my big girl job tomorrow ❤
I’m so happy you’re uploading. It just feels so comforting honestly, and actually at this stage of both our lives, your videos feel much more relatable. I know making these videos is your break from work but I always loved your interior design style (and your mom’s for that matter) so I’d love to hear about how your thoughts /perspective have changed now that you’ve studied architecture, if you’d be down to share! I love the glimpses you share on IG from your company’s work. At the least I’d love to know where you got that amazing wallpaper from haha!
Watching your videos again feels like such a nostalgic sense of comfort ♥ I used to watch you many life chapters ago in my teenage bedroom wishing to do my own version of what you and your sister were doing. Sending you all the best energy and joy! Also love the video backdrop. You and Elle always had the best filming set ups.
I’m so obsessed w this Blair era! I hope one day I can achieve this level of peace & fulfillment of you seem to have found. I can’t wait to try this blowout method tonight! It feels like I’m back in my tween bedroom following OG juicystar tutorials 💕
Hey Blair, you were THE FIRST creator I watched on youtube once I discovered this platform in 2008. I got my first makeup skills from you. At that time the terms "creator" and "creator economy" didn't even exist. It feels really great to rediscover your channel again and see how much your life has changed.
I still remember watching your hair tutorial in your pink bedroom and here I am so many years later!! I’ve loved watching you since I was 15 on the computer in my parents basement and I’m 29 now trying to watch on my phone while juggling a 3 year old and a 1 year old! Love your videos❤❤
Blair, you're still doing tutorials so clearly and intricate that I now want to buy myself rollers like this and try it although my normal blow out with the airwrap lasts 3 days on me too 😂 I still trust your tipps after all these years ❤ I've missed you on my feed!
I was just watching your VS curls video out of nostalgia since you’re back! This is such a much needed like adulting version update to that I love it 🥰
The Chi 44 iron guard OMG! I can’t believe you’re still using it! Lol I remember getting my mom to buy me this in middle school (15 years ago) because you recommended it! So funny
This is amazing! Thank you! I had a baby and I didn’t have the time to do my hair properly like I used to for literally 14 months. Now that she’s 18 months, I’m so excited I’ve been experimenting different ways to do my hair and I can’t wait to try this! I’ve been watching you since I was 17 and I’m now 28. I’m so happy you’re back like you have no idea ❤
I've been growing my hair out after a huge chop and I've been struggling with a proper blowout technique so this came at the perfect time! (Also, your wallpaper is lovely!)
I used to love your hair videos I still go back and watch the old ones but thanks for the tip of doing the twist I’m gonna try it when I do my hair next
Thank you for this tutorial btw Blair. This is definitely a doable blowout at home unlike some others that claim it but it’s not really doable unless you are a hair professional. Also, every time I brush my hair after curling it I have Blairs voice in the back saying that it will not ruin the curls from the Victoria secret curls video. IYKYK.
If you're a stay at home mom like me, a hair game changer was shampooing my hair twice. I want low maintenance hair, and now I can wear it down way more and wash it less frequently. So if you're struggling with oily roots, maybe try that out!! It's been amazing.
hi love the lighting is a bit bright or something Im not sure what word to use here. If possible could you try using natural light I find its the best kind of lightning if you're gonna do tutorials (at least I enjoy when the person uses natural light or a combo of natural or studio)! Im at timestamp 4:57 and the weird lightning on your face went away so not sure what it was LOL
Im glad im not the only one who finds it cathartic to watch Blair 15 years later on a Sunday night before work tomorrow. It feels like the comfort of being 14, living at my parents house, no worries except school the next day. Life is so different now. I needed this.
This ❤
Exactly ❤

This is exactly what I’m doing and why😂😂😂
They say when you listen to the same music from when you were a teen it gives you a dopamine hit, I feel like the same is true for UA-camrs you watched when you were a teen! ❤️
Blair is back, but in a better, more grounded and authentic way, with still the same fabulous vibe 😍
Can you do a a house tour? Your place looks gorgeous!
I would love to see that!
Am I 32 and still following tutorials from the same person that taught me how to put on makeup in their green bedroom 15 years ago? You bet! So happy to have you back in my feed 😊
Sammeee
I love it so much.
What a gem Blair is
I am 30 and in elementary school still learning.
This is what OG UA-camrs do. No drama, straight to the point.❤ I feel watching old Juicystar videos after school.
The Shane Dawson joke caught me off guarddddd 😭😂 it’s so fun seeing you enjoying content creation again, also this was really informative and helpful
Hearing you say “chi 44 iron guard” in 2024 is an amazingly wild ride. So glad to watch you again ❤️
Just now realized we have been a mess since Blair left 😂 The bag video, and this will have us going back to work as brand new people. I think the only thing missing now would be like a clothes haul with like the best basics she has found so far.

Shane dawson called, he wants his hair back😂
I laughed so hard at this one 😂
I need him to see this 😂😂😂❤
Everyone wake up, Blair is BACK!
i feel like the previous set up sounded and looked a bit clearer but im also watching on mobile so sometimes that’s not a great representation. but the blowout looks gorgeous my love❤️
I totally agree! I want to go back to the old way but this was fine for a video lol
@@juicystar07 oh absolutely, no complaints here! i still learned how to do this hair and that’s all i care about haha
You’re my professor of all things makeup and hair 💕
lol - my first love!
Watching your videos was not on my 2024 bingo card, but I’m so happy to see you back! I was 17 when I started watching your videos back in 2008, I’m now turning 33 at the end of the month. Time flies.

Been watching her for 14 years. She's a UA-cam pioneer.
Love this! And the bouncy blowout plus the pink silk robe is giving 2010s Victoria Secret vibes!
Love the polished and put together looks and tutorials for busy women!
I'm so glad that you are back doing videos and uploading once a week. I have been a subscriber for over 10 years now.
I’m so obsessed w this Blair era! I hope one day I can achieve this level of peace & fulfillment of you seem to have found. I can’t wait to try this blowout method tonight! It feels like I’m back in my tween bedroom following OG juicystar tutorials 💕
Professor Juicystar: The Legend.
You were one of the first youtubers i watched growing up. It’s nice seeing that you’re just as beautiful and true to yourself as ever!
the way that i get the same comfort from a 2024 blowout tutorial and the 2010 pink bedroom whats in my bag is truly magical!!
these regular uploads are making me sooooo happy
I love, love, love that you started posting again and this type of content
So love catching up with you!
As a curly girl, watching you do your hair has always fascinated me 😂

I loooove the long form content! Thanks Blair for bringing it back! ❤️
You are the master of tutorials! This was so easy to follow
Girllll this is taking me back to when you did the scrunch/beach waves hair like a million years ago. I love this!
I love love love having you back! You have been such a happy place in my life for so long that I really missed you ❤
Blair, you're still doing tutorials so clearly and intricate that I now want to buy myself rollers like this and try it although my normal blow out with the airwrap lasts 3 days on me too 😂 I still trust your tipps after all these years ❤ I've missed you on my feed!
Thank you for this! I have some rollers like that and was about to toss them but going to give them a shot because of your tutorial
I’ve missed your voice so much! Pretty sure you were the first person I ever subscribed to way back when! 🥹
Blair you are glowing!!! I've been following you for 15 years, ever since I was 11. I'm so happy that you're thriving ❤️
Her voice is bringing back sooooo many memories
I’m loving the content, I haven’t been watching UA-cam like I used to but I will sit here and watch anything you upload 🥰
I probably haven't touched a blow dryer in over a decade but I still watched the whole thing 🤣 So detailed and lots of great tips!
When Blair said she is going to use the Chi iron guard brought nastalgia! In her pink bedroom!
Yeah She's back 🙌
And this is why Blair’s hair is gorgeous and mine is in a perpetual messy bun lol.
Gurl, this is supermodel hair! Partially because you are naturally lucky but a huge part of it is due to your skills.
I loved that very scientific explanation of how your ends would look if you don’t tuck them 😅 & I understood 100%
I was just watching your VS curls video out of nostalgia since you’re back! This is such a much needed like adulting version update to that I love it 🥰
We love a good old school hair tutorial!! 😊♥️
U have calmed down so much, Blair. Not the speedtalking, teen/young adult.. 😆🙂😁
The Chi 44 iron guard OMG! I can’t believe you’re still using it! Lol I remember getting my mom to buy me this in middle school (15 years ago) because you recommended it! So funny

Please share a house tour! That wallpaper or mural is beautiful!!
I've been growing my hair out after a huge chop and I've been struggling with a proper blowout technique so this came at the perfect time! (Also, your wallpaper is lovely!)

Loved the video!! I actually preferred the previous sound quality :)
I was just thinking today how I need to get a good blowout routine. Perfect timing!

We needed this tutorial, Thanks ! your hair came out perfect !
I recently bought some rollers, the biggest that I could find, but these are way bigger! Thanks for this video, I’ll be practicing ❤
Thank you for this tutorial btw Blair. This is definitely a doable blowout at home unlike some others that claim it but it’s not really doable unless you are a hair professional.

As a mom to a 15 month old, I only recently decided to start blow drying my hair…I am 34. So any tips and tricks is highly appreciated!
Obsessed with you! ❤your videos make my entire day 😊
Your hair looks perfect. Thanks for sharing.
Watching these I truly start to feel like no time has passed! We're all 14 again!
I love seeing your videos again❤
This gives me so much nostalgia!!! Please make more videos like this. People don’t make these much anymore 🥺🫶🏼

Wish I could do anything with my hair that would last 3-4 days! I get crazy greasy within a day, day and a half.
Thank you Blair! Can't wait to try!
Love your videos! ❤
thank you!
I would if you did a video about how you do your nails
Love this hair tutorial video😍😍
Blair literally taught me how to blow out!
Blair would you consider doing Patreon? I would definitely subscribe!! Love that you’re back!! 🩷🩷
I would love to see a room tour!
Anything that makes my life easier is great ❤

Ahhh this is amazing
That was an amazing tutorial!
So so helpful! Thank you for sharing
Audio is a bit suboptimal, like you’re speaking from a faraway tunnel. Love your videos!❤
Does the mousse make your hair feel crunchy? how would you compare it to using hairspray?
Hi Blair. How do you keep it from getting ruined while you sleep?
hi love the lighting is a bit bright or something Im not sure what word to use here. If possible could you try using natural light I find its the best kind of lightning if you're gonna do tutorials (at least I enjoy when the person uses natural light or a combo of natural or studio)! Im at timestamp 4:57 and the weird lightning on your face went away so not sure what it was LOL
Yes! I noticed that too I did not like it. I’m gonna switch back to the other lens!
You’re so pretty!
Looks great!!!!
