Then in back in ~2021 when you were going through ups and downs of life was when I was going through a terrible break up (i even insta DM’d you back then thanking you for the inspiration you gave). I recently got married and we’re moving to a house and I’m planning out the rooms and it just makes me feel so good watching someone I looked up to as a tween now going through life with me. Thank you thank you for being such a lovely constant through the years
It looks amazing ! I kinda wish there was some green on the laps to tie it into the wallpaper but it looks so nice! I love the wooden dresser mixed with the wallpaper and the reading chair 😊

I love color drenching so it'd be cute to have the window blue as well as the trim! I also think you should diy a frame for around your tv and mount it to make it look less like a tv and a frame would help it blend more above the beautiful dresser. Also in general I just love your new style it's a lot more cozy and having the unfinished room while helping design gorgeous spaces for clients is so real
How about some dusty and soft shade of green for a pop of color on those lamps since judging by that wallpaper you like that jungle theme for decor just in general?

great question! the mural has a lot of blue in it - if it looks green on camera that could be the lighting, but the leaves go to like a green to blue ombre!

You could uses a poster board for the sticky notes. Your bed is ok. I don't love my bedding. It's grey and blue striped. When I was a kid my walls were off yellow, I hated it. My dad eventually painted it a nice white.

I'm not a big fan of the light blue trim. I do love your DIY on the lamps though! It would have been easy to go buy new ones but I appreciate that you re-used the ones you have instead.
Given that the large windows have white trim, I would definitely leave the small windows white to match. Otherwise it would be a bit disjointed. Great makeover!
⭐️I would leave the “small window trim” white!! Not only do I like the look of the white better there… but the blue might affect the shade of light that comes thru & I would want true natural light. It will also seem more like an added “accent” by not painting it. - ✨**It could also make that space seem smaller than it is by “cutting it” with color. ✨**And I assume you prefer the bed area to be the “focal point” NOT the trim high in the air.
