great video love the seat , got me thinking if you have another wheelie bin , that your coffee table-for the cuppa. and cream cakes, whilst watching the sun rise , shame they don't do waterproof books reading in cold water as the sun rise lol many thanks for the videos series

Hi I’ve just recently made myself a ice bath out of my wheelie bin how often should you change the water as I’m not to sure Or is there anything I can put in to it to keep the water clean? I do use it everyday
In the winter time when it’s very cold it would need changing one every 3 weeks with a tiny slither of chlorine tablet in it. In the summer every week with the same amount of chlorine tablet. I hope that helps. Any more questions just ask 👍
How many litres wheelie bin do you need? My bath doesn't cut it for ice baths 🛁

Well I made this video I think in March and so the water was still cold you are right. You wouldn’t need to put ice in if you didn’t want to. I suppose I wanted to demonstrate that you can gradually acclimatise by gradually making it colder when you don’t have water nearby.
