Rightt Lmaoo😭 I dyed my hair red once n absolutely hated it. Stripped it as much as I could wit shampoo n then used color oops which gave my hair a green tint n had to go to Sally’s n buy a different bleach based color remover 😭 n then toned the Shii outta it wit purple shampoo cuz I was terrified of loosin my curl pattern if I used a permanent toner🫠

Same here. I stripped mine with dawn dish soap and lemon juice kept a shower cap on for about 30 minutes watching it go down the shower drain was fun

Absolutely guffawed about your "maybe I'll have healthy hair when I'm 55" moment. I am 55. My hair is currently 7 different shades of iroiro including the never-ending-pink-of-doom. But they have a neon violet now too, so I HAD TO do it. They made me. 😆

When you do your haircut I think you should do either a shag/wolf cut (layers but keep length) or go for the gusto with a sharp chin length bob( referred to as a Chinese bob/ angle-inverted bob)

I started bleaching and colouring my hair when I was 11. I’ve been all colours! My hair is quite long and these days I do a split top and bottom, the top of my hair is Adore sweet mint and the underneath is manic panic electric lizard. I love it and get many a compliment. I am now 56 xx

Wish I could remember the youtuber I saw do it, but she took green out of her hair by using semi dye red on that chunk, then bleaching & it worked really well!

A little tip, bond treatments work a lot better on clarified or clean hair, the oil kind of prevends the treatment to get in your hair unfortunately :(

Wooooooooot! I am so happy for you! After your last result this is the best you could have possibly hoped for. I am impressed with that level of white and no more stains all over. I remember how much that sucked. I am so grateful for the share because I am purple right now after I wanted something darker after having blue for a few months and really wanted to do a light pink for the rest of the winter. I am so excited to try this. I thought I would be stuck with that ugly light blue/green shade for months.

Wow it turned out amazing!!! I bleached my hair in October then dyed it permanent bright orange so next month I'm going to use those color removers, rebleach, dye golden blonde and pray I have hair left 🙏

When I wanted to get the green out of my hair I used color zap and it took all of it out of my hair. I was super happy with it.

Also with the sally beauty, when I first did the hair I have right now (and am redoing) the site said they didn’t have the color remover I needed, but I went into the store anyway and they had it luckily!!
I used the color zap on my permanent black and it got it medium brown n then I put the loriel hicolor high lift in red and magenta and it worked really well for me if anyone is interested in going black to bright red:)
Haven't finished the video but the one n only color fix for semi permanent is not intended to completely remove color. For instance I had a deep purple that pulled to a very pastel blue. But that is how it is supposed to work!

Im going thru the same issues right now. Dod a strawberryleopard split dye in pink and turquoise but the turquoise just won't come out!!! Its been weeks. The other side is pretty white by now after bleach, color zap, the new argon one (worst smell ever ever ever), and and a second bleach and purple toner, but the turquoise is only a sea foam. The struggle is real girl lol.

I just tried those in nov to remove xmondo neon pink stained hair. Amazing. Love them with developer. Highly impressed with them.

I just got the Esper kit for Christmas. That's the bond treatment made by the scientist who helped create Oloplex. You might want to try this stuff for your hair, and might make for a good video?

Isn't it funny how you can end up with the perfect shade of white blonde when you are actually expecting it to be a little imperfect in spots!!
I usually use a protein treatment before toning to help even out the porosity in my hair, and then oil/leave in, bond builder/ treatment on my ends to help prevent them from soaking up too much dye.
And Aphogee in particular can strip off super fresh color a bit, which can actually be helpful if you ended up over toning.
Of course, that all depends on if I'm feeling like going through all the steps that day lol

If you like the Ion repair, you might like the Elizavecca Cer-100 Protein Treatment, it's super easy to spread through the hair and I feel like it doesn't overload my hair with protein. Smaller bottles but it's always going on sale on Amazon and you can get a few bottles for cheap.
I actually used that argan oil temporary remover and oh man it smelt intense but it took my dark blue purple hair all the way to to blonde and yellow. I did have to use both applications in the box but it was worth it.
