I just don’t understand why people feel the need to be mean and negative. It costs you nothing to be kind. As a retail worker, I totally understand what it’s like to have people take their own crap out on you. It’s a big part of why I’m switching to a new career. I never wrote anything in the comments because my english is pretty bad but it hurts to hear people are so mean and care so much what you do to YOUR hair and also being mean in public for no reason. So pretty! In fluorescent lighting it’s such a beautiful dusty lavender color, and in the natural sunlight it’s kinda like a purple based whitish/silver. I’m in love with that shadow root color! As to people and their negative comments.. it’s YOUR hair..do what makes YOU happy. Their nastiness says a whole lot more about them and the state of their lives than it says about you! Keep shining bright!

I am over 50 and started watching you for fun hair color ideas when I was growing out my silver hair. Its grown out now but I still watch you because you're fun and lovely and I love your videos! I grew out all the bleached lengths of my hair during the first lockdown here, and cut it all off about a year later. My hair has been completely natural since then. I've always loved watching your hair videos as you are so daring and bold with your hair colours and dye jobs. I loved watching you grow out your roots as I had been there and loved seeing your process BUT I was also SO STOKED to see you bleach it again. That's the best thing about your hair, its YOUR HAIR. I love seeing what you decide to do with it either way. I hope those comments don't deter you from bringing us along with you for your hair journey

Long time viewer, first (or second?) time commenter. I just wanted to send you some love. You have inspired me so much to be myself and have selfishlessly taught me so much about how to do my own hair. I change my hair constantly and for the most part people have been nice or supportive, but every now and again I come across someone who needs to put in their negative two cents and it's beyond unpleasant. I thought it was weird when I was in school and classmates would bully me about my hair or the way I was dressed and now that i'm in my late 20s it's like....okay, what is the reason to go up to someone who is not harming you in any way shape or form and give some comment about their personal style choices. Anyway, I think you're so cool and I hope you keep doing your thing. Bitchy people tend to be louder than ones who are kind, but trust me, you have more admirers than haters at the end of the day.

As far as the people that leave bad comments, just don't feed the trolls, plain and simple. I know EXACTLY how you feel, I've gone my whole life being nice to everyone (including those who bullied me for years) that now I'm a solid wall and only have emotions around those really close to me. You can only be nice for so long before it breaks you, and I'm broken. I love coming here to watch your videos because I can relate to you, and I've learnt how to not destroy my hair (although I'm currently trying to go from ice white to as close to my natural colour as possible and I've just filled my hair so living my best ginger life for a few weeks). Stay strong, keep being amazing and enjoy your hair and life.
