Hi there, thank you for your comment, this system is designed primarily for a tiled floor finish, but it can be adapted for a Vinyl/ Luxury vinyl tile floor finish we ask for it to be a glued down floor finish BUT we ask for you to contact the flooring manufacturer and ask for their installation guide on how to install their product with electric underfloor heating.
Hi there, we recommend to place thermal boards also known as tiler backer boards, as the more insulation there is the more it will help to reflect heat back up the way and will increase the efficiency of the system.
150w 1m2 so 15m2 room will be 2.25kw but it be less because you don't lay under wardrobe or cabinets and underfloor heating do not run constantly it turns off after reaching temperature you set
Hi there, it depends on the size of mat used, as for mat system its 150 watts per sqm, so depending on the size of mat you use will depend on how many watts the system will use, to increase the efficiency of the system we recommend to use thermal boards (Tiler backers boards) as they are installed directly underneath the mat system and will reflect the heat up into the room.
Where's the power, one lead is the thermostat the other the cable to the mat, Where's the power cable
