I got the idea from South Park - In the episode where Randy Marsh tries to beat Bono on who took the biggest 💩 - a big Emmy and the words “Emmy Award Winning Series” pops up on screen 😂😂😂 Glad you enjoyed that bit 😂😂😂 -Paul
Went there 2 days ago. The bread was stale and the meat had no flavor. Pretty bad actually. The sticky toffee shake was good and it was a good experience, but for burgers it was bad. My wife and son all had bad burgers
I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t live up to the same standards ours did! When we went, everything tasted great and felt well prepared. Definitely made with quality ingredients. However, having worked in the restaurant industry for decades, I know that one persons experience may differ from another’s on any given day for a multitude of reasons. Thanks for watching the video and taking time to comment. We appreciate it. -James
You guys are too much!! I loved this video. But then I love all your videos. And I agree with you., my wife always plans out our trips ahead and makes all our reservations way in advance. We have our days always planned. Thanks again for a really fun video.
Thanks for the love, David! We’re so glad that you enjoyed this one. We’ve always been big on planning. I can’t speak for Paul, but I definitely get it from my mother. Whenever we went on vacation, she would have a giant binder filled with our schedule and helpful information for the trip. We do the same now, but mostly through google. -James
Just found this video; I'm hoping GR Burger will be open at Flamingo in time for my February trip, but if not, we definitely will go to the PH location. Thanks again for a wonderful, funny, informative video! As an aside, I wanted to touch on your post from yesterday. I didn't say it in my comment, but it truly warms my heart to see quality LGBTQ+ representation on UA-cam. As a queer person, I know I appreciate it. Y'all are the best; we're looking so forward to your new content from this trip!! Sending love from North Carolina!! 💕 -Amber and Jeff
It’s definitely taking its time on opening but we are hoping it should be open by February just because having that second location will take pressure off the one at Planet Hollywood. And thank you for the feedback. We try to be authentic to who we are as lgbtq+ people and hope it comes across in the content. As we mentioned in the other post, UA-cam in and of itself can be a toxic place for lgbtq+ creators. Thankfully we are in a niche subject where in general our content avoids some of that, but you are correct that representation is important so thank you for watching and we hope your upcoming Vegas stay will be awesome. -Paul
Great! I will go here before I go to G F Flavortown. It's just more exotic. Like, Curry or Chipotle ketchup. How were the portions? It looked like there was plenty. Thanks 😊
Love that spot! It’s sad they don’t still present the onion rings as a tower. The wait times in my experience weren’t too bad there. With a line wrapped around the corner, we only waited around 30-45 minutes. Oh! Curry Ketchup! The Kettle Black in downtown Phoenix has a solid curry fries dish and they are amazing!!! Love the video! Thanks!!!
Ooooh… We do love an onion ring tower, but at the same time, I feel like the presentation worked for what we got (for some reason I always equate towers with the more crispy breaded rings). This was actually my first time trying Curry Ketchup and it was definitely a different experience but I did enjoy it. Thanks for letting us know about The Kettle Black. And thanks for watching ❤️ -Paul
We absolutely loved Gordon Ramsay Burger. Normally we will side eye the idea of spending what we spent on burgers and fries, but… this was actually quite delicious and the burger was cooked perfectly. IMO even though the price is higher than some other places, the quality does seem in line with the price. And it’s definitely a thicker and better tasting burger than Bobby’s Burgers. Glad to hear you enjoyed it too ❤️ -Paul
Another excellent video, fellas. Went to Burger way back when..sure the menus changed but glad the quality and service hasn't. Might need to pop in for then onion rings and that blue cheese burger. Keep the good stuff coming.
Thanks so much for watching. We’re glad you enjoyed this one! The service really did push the experience over the top. Staff was so quick and attentive and really made it feel like we got our money’s worth. Also, I’m a sucker for onion rings, and these were absolutely something I would recommend getting. -James
It does not. But it does include your side (though the premium sides are a few dollar more). What we featured in the video were the more expensive specialty burgers. The menu does feature burgers around $27 on the rest of the menu. -Paul
I’m not the biggest fan of huge burgers for the same reason I am not the biggest taco fan. And that’s because they are not the easiest things to eat. When I bite into a burger or taco I’d rather get it into my mouth instead of all over the plate. I will eat them because they taste good but I’m not the biggest fan.
I can appreciate that as I’ve had similar opinions that have ebbed and flowed throughout the years. I do like a burger I can fit in my mouth, but at the same time, I don’t mind a giant honker if it’s a quality burger. -James
You totally should - While the burgers are pricey I feel the ones we went with were definitely worth the cost as far as the ingredients. Also it was cooked perfectly inside so enough pink, with a nice sear on the outside, and the fries are included as a side (though if you love Truffle Parmesan pay the $3 for that upgrade - It’s worth it) Thank you for watching and we hope you enjoyed ❤️ -Paul
Morning, I’m from Birmingham in England. I am coming to Las vegas in June, I noticed you said on this video that you could not book to go to this restaurant. But I have already booked to go here on my visit to vegas. I booked the restaurant on open table. Hopefully that might help a few of you if you are desperate to try this restaurant like me 😊 Another enjoyable video, well done 🎉keep up the good work 😊
OMG they do now 😮 - I just checked my Open Table app and they now do take reservations ❤️. At the time of filming this (January) they did not. We tried to book this place for a small group dinner the night before our wedding in September but they did not take reservations (we use open table or open table through the Caesars app for everything we plan) - And because of that we had to find alternative plans. For planning our December trip they still were walk up only, and so on our January trip they still were a walk up only scenario (still checked on the Caesars app, open table, and their website and they still did not take reservations). But we did have free time and decided to hop in line and try them. At the time of filming this video we only had a 10 minute wait but upon checking Open Table right now they do look to have times you can book (even for parties up to 20) Thank you so much for pointing that out because the one thing we always preach is to make reservations and as pre planners we always love the security of knowing we have something booked. -Paul
I also updated the description with that information because the ability to have made a reservation would have been so helpful (we literally do not plan any activities on our trip without making an advance reservation when we can) -Paul
I had the milkshake at his fish and chips shop and it was fabulous too. Yummy!!!! I love onion rings and spicy ketchups so I bet I would love the chipotle ketchup. Mmmm. I love cheesy burgers. I am so down to try. Those fries are bomb. Had them at the fish and chips shop. If you have not had it. Go try!!! Thanks for a grant review !!! ❤❤❤❤ as always!!!
Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips is definitely on that bucket list for us. We are huge fans of Fish and Chips. Not gonna lie, as a huge Truffle fan that Truffle Burger was so decadent and worth every penny. If you ever visit Ramsay Burger, and you love Truffle - That’s the one to get. Thanks for watching ❤️ -Paul
Thank you for that feedback - As the person who does the editing for our videos I try to follow the rules that UA-cam growth gurus tell us of having something on screen change every few seconds and trying my best to edit for retention so I try to put a lot of sound effects and cuts and graphics and text and try my best to keep everything as fast paced as I can. TBH it adds a lot of hours to my editing time every week 😵. But… Should we maybe use a bit less sound effects and editing for future videos? Maybe a “less is more” approach? Thank you again for the feedback. I may just try not using the sound effects on the text boxes for this next Saturday’s video ❤️ -Paul
If you mean the cows that went into those burgers 🍔 then probably? It was a really divine tasting burger and quite decadent. Thanks for watching. -Paul
Thank you for the feedback - As the person who edits the videos I am trying to keep them as engaging and entertaining as I can by trying to keep everything fast paced by always having something changing on screen every few seconds so I have been using a lot of sound effects, text pop ups, and graphics in our last few videos to try and keep the edit “engaging for UA-cam” - It does however add hours to my editing time every week and in all honesty, it’s a lot more stress on our MacBook when editing and very time intensive. Do you think a “less is more” approach would be better? (I am debating on trying that with next week’s video) Genuinely asking because I want to improve and find that happy medium but the only way I know whether I am doing too much or too little is the feedback in our comments section - So thank you for letting me know as you are not the only person to mention this ❤️ -Paul
Not too sure your aim of “engaging” your viewers is being met. You guys have a great chemistry together and I watch because your content is interesting and your presentation is very good. I value your opinions so I, for one, do not need to be “engaged” any more than I am already. I came across your channel as we are heading to Vegas for our first visit very soon. I find all your Vegas content interesting especially your food opinions. Keep up the good work.
Thank you again. This is the feedback I need to hear and see and it’s very helpful. A lot of editing the videos is trying to find that balance so as I am just finishing the video for this coming Saturday, I did tighten up the editing of our dialogue, but did ease back on the sound effects, and on screen graphics (only using them for the names of the tacos, the like/subscribe buttons, and some small arrows to point at each taco - I even got rid of the whooshes on the numbered graphics I used) - I am going to try this “less is more” approach for this upcoming Saturday’s video and see how it does so please be on the lookout for that and if you watch it and think it strikes a better balance - please let me know in the comments of that video ❤️ Again, the goal is to provide our information in both an informative but also entertaining way and at the end of the day, we are just trying to provide something to our viewers that is entertaining enough to watch but also features the the information for the review/critique - Especially when as viewers ourselves (we watch a lot of UA-cam) we also love to watch a lot of the larger channels like Ruby, Jaycation, Jacob, Shin, Josh/Rachel, and Norma and hope to one day carve our own spot among them for Vegas content and the end goal is to improve video by video but we also want to stand out and not copy any of their formats either so I tried going in the direction of more “flair” and sound effects for our last videos but your comment isn’t the only one about that either so thank you for the feedback and this gives me a bit more of an idea on where to fine tune - It really helps. -Paul

Holstein’s over Ramsay any day ❤. Have you been to Holstein at Cosmopolitan?
Not yet… no. It is on our list to try.

Holsteins is good, but not better. Been to both places many times, Ramsey is the winner.
