For all the people that are gonna say it'll make the customer's bill huge: 1. It's the customer's responsibility. It's THEIR house getting cleaned. 2. It literally add CENTS to the bill. Maybe $1.00 at the very most. If the worker has to supply the water, it will add a ton to the $600 bill. Quit being cheapskates. When you hire a luxury service for your house, the cost is out of YOUR pocket. No one else's.
It appears you handled it like a professional. You are correct you will always have those customers that will give you "referrals" if you do extra work. Good job. Question: Is it a common practice to have a customer sign a contract for pressure washing? Thanks
You had other videos like this before anf you always come out on top. Continue to what you do it looks like its working. Need the gift card to hopefully buy my daughter some gift's for the holidays, to show my appreciation gor being such a financial burden to her.
Kurt, you have the worst luck with customers. Start getting your money up front and wave the signed contract in their face if they start any bs. The sad part is most of these idiots don't look they're hurting for cash. Keep up the good work!
Yeah, at any time, they also say that they’re gonna refer you to their friends and family what that means is if you already did something for free, they’re gonna tell all their friends and family that they can get away with free services as well
Normally, $1-3 per 1k gallons. Our bill, which includes the connection fee, gallons used, sewage, and garbage, is normally $40-$45 a month, and there's 9 people living in this 7 bedroom house.
Probably the only rationale I can see for legitimately offering a discount is if you tell someone that if they can rustle up some neighbors that want PW the same day (and they sign contracts) you can give each some kind of discount. And that truly incentivizes the customer to see if he/she can get a neighbor or two to get some PW done.
.. have him make you up a Bill for the water, showing Actual Gallons Used & Price Per .. he'll Drop the idea, because it'll be like thirty seven cents or something .. 🙄💯
That’s just too bad if they want their house washed and cleaned, which brings curb appeal and all the other benefits, they will be all right covering a four dollar water bill

Thank you!!
I had a tenant that did that after 20 years of rental. I just smile and pay for their month water just to not get the headache.

Some people 🤦♂️
Or if that’s the case, add another 250 to the bill for supplying your own water

Discount is good, just note the customer.
No
No, there is no discount. We’re running a business not a charity.
