I would of thought the fantasy might be a better line for you to play against the Caro Kann as more sound and it matches more your other openings.

1650 fide seems a little low to coach unless you’re coaching total beginners or kids
I'm surprised you have never heard of or played the VonHenning Gambit. I'm quite sure if you are a CaroKahn player you would be aware of this. If black knows it then its actually bad for black I think. But if they don't you will get many victories in 16 moves or less! Good luck!
