Ron Wood's pedal steel guitar sounds so GREAT on this cut!! Reminds me of 2 of the greatest "Some Girls" studio outtakes... "No Spare Parts" & "Do You Think I Really Care" !!
One of the finest outtakes from the 77/78 GIRLS Sessions. Only mistake The Glimmers made was in keeping in buried instead of finishing it and including it on the recent TATTOO reissue, or the 2011 GIRLS Outtakes disc.
There are still 7 Rolling Stones "Some Girls" studio outtakes that are all original songs circa 1977-1978... Each song is AMAZING and all 7 need to be completed and officially released asap!! 1. A Different Kind 2. Everlasting Is My Love 3. I Need You 4. Misty Roads 5. Disco Music 6. Never Make You Cry 7. Never Let Her Go Maybe some of these songs have already been reworked and finished recording because when The Rolling Stones "Fully Finished Studio Outtakes" set was unofficially released and bootlegged back in 2021 - there is a killer updated version with Mick Jagger finished lead vocal / lyrics for "Never Make You Cry"... So I got fingers crossed there will still be a chance the Rolling Stones will drop a new "Some Girls" Studio Outtakes disc and then they could release a "Some Girls" Triple Album Set with the original album & 2 LP's / discs of studio outtakes... I will keep a flame burning and always keep the dream alive!! I also hope the Rolling Stones release a new Super Deluxe Edition of "Emotional Rescue" this year because by my last estimate I count 10 original songs unreleased studio outtakes... Along with "Some Girls", "Emotional Rescue" contains the most original songs unreleased studios outtakes!! The "World's Greatest Rock 'N' Roll Band" was simply ON FIRE burning' full steam ahead circa 1977-1980!!
Beautiful Song ✌️ Love 💗 Fantastic Sound 🎼 Rolling Stones Forever and Ever 💥💫
The greatest of all the unreleased Stones songs. The melody takes you away to a fast off place.
From the greatest Rock N' Roll band of all time - another unreleased gem. These guys have so much great music, and the unreleased is such a surprise

I have an old vinyl with "Nanker Phelge" listed as this song's title.
Song sounds very similar to beast of burden
3:45 it does sound extremely country and western
Encore une pépite ! Merci.
Sounds like alot of other songs on SG...midtempo with a dash of country
Ron wood pedal Steel guitare ? ☀️
A wasted gem, sad
Sounds like an endless loop of the same thing. No lead guitar break. Actually pretty boring. Sorry.
