We Are a Branch of the largest fight organization in the country, STREETBEEFS. The Scrapyard was created in 2020 by "Firechicken", a former Amateur MMA fighter, Wrestling coach, and Boxer. The main branch of STREETBEEFS was created in 2008 by Chris Wilmore aka Scarface. Streetbeefs as a concept was created in order to stop street violence with it's "Guns down, Gloves up" movement. The Scrapyard holds monthly fights in our Pacific northwest location. No money is involved in any way, we do not pay fighters or charge any sort of admission to our events. We aim to give people a place to start their combat sports journey, meet people, solve beefs, or just test out their abilities.

If kicks are allowed, short guys have advantage because tall guys have very long legs which makes them susceptible to leg and calf kicks.

Captain stretch came out like one of those big ole air tube wild things you see at the used car lots! I knew he was gonna burn out in one round after the adrenaline dump......holy 8 ball Batman! He’s goin 350 mph!! The tall guy with a shirt on, he’s boxed before and plenty by looks of it! He’s good!

This is not "Strength vs Technique". Jeremiah is incredibly strong, fast, and has excellent accuracy. I would be surprised if anyone in this weight class, or maybe even the whole Scrapyard could go toe to toe with him right now.
Yup, knew that was going to happen. Jeramiah could be classified as a body builder too. He has a great physique!! Sure the other dude had bigger muscles, and he is pretty tough, but that doesnt cut it in the ring.

It's also because boxing improves the kind of functional strength (and skill) that is needed for boxing. The bodybuilder doesn't even have functional strength for boxing if he hasn't trained boxing before.

There is potential in Mod Bod. Just needs to sign up for boxing lessons thats all.

All short guys need to do is learn to eat punches. Gotta eat a punch to give it and once you are in range, tall guy is in trouble since their long arms cant generate sufficient force to hurt you.

Tall guys dont do well in mma due to being vulnerable to leg kicks. That is why they stick to boxing.
He works out but I wouldn't call him a bodybuilder. If you can't fight then simply building thick powerful muscles alone isn't going to magically make you a fighter.
