    CHEESE BREAD Potato
    Tangzhong: 125ml (1/2 cup) of milk + 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
    1 tsp of active dry yeast
    125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk
    250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
    4 tbsp of sugar
    1 large egg, whisk & take 1 tbsp for applying the dough.
    1 tsp of salt
    5 tbsp of softened unsalted butter
    Mashed potato, salt, pepper + Cheese + parsley.
    Indonesian
    ROTI CHEESE Isi Kentang
    Tangzhong: 125ml (1/2 cangkir) susu + 2 sdm tepung serbaguna.
    1 sdt ragi kering aktif
    125ml (1/2 cangkir) susu hangat
    250 g (2 gelas) tepung serbaguna
    4 sdm gula
    1 butir telur besar, kocok & ambil 1 sdm untuk mengoleskan adonan.
    1 sdt garam
    5 sdm mentega tawar yang dihaluskan
    Kentang tumbuk, garam, merica + keju + peterseli.

    KÄSEBROT Kartoffelfüllungen
    Tangzhong: 125 ml (1/2 Tasse) Milch + 2 EL Weizenmehl.
    1 TL aktive Trockenhefe
    125 ml (1/2 Tasse) warme Milch
    250 g (2 Tassen) Weizenmehl
    4 EL Zucker
    1 großes Ei, Schneebesen und 1 EL zum Auftragen des Teigs nehmen.
    1 TL Salz
    5 EL weiche ungesalzene Butter
    Kartoffelpüree, Salz, Pfeffer + Käse + Petersilie.

    ΤΥΡΙ ΓΕΥΣΗ Πατάτες
    Tangzhong: 125 ml (1/2 φλιτζάνι) γάλα + 2 κουταλιές της σούπας αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις.
    1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ξηρή μαγιά
    125 ml (1/2 φλιτζάνι) ζεστό γάλα
    250g (2 φλιτζάνια) αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις
    4 κουταλιές της σούπας ζάχαρη
    1 μεγάλο αυγό, χτυπήστε ελαφρά και πάρτε 1 κουταλιά της σούπας για την εφαρμογή της ζύμης.
    1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι
    5 κουταλιές της σούπας αλάτιστο βούτυρο
    Πουρέ πατάτας, αλάτι, πιπέρι + Τυρί + μαϊντανό.

    Tangzhong: 125 مل (1/2 كوب) من الحليب + 2 ملعقة كبيرة من الدقيق لجميع الأغراض.
    1 ملعقة صغيرة من الخميرة الجافة النشطة
    125 مل (1/2 كوب) من الحليب الدافئ
    250 غ (2 كوب) من الدقيق لجميع الأغراض
    4 ملاعق كبيرة سكر
    1 بيضة كبيرة ، اخفقي و 1 ملعقة كبيرة لتطبيق العجين.
    1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
    5 ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة غير المملحة
    بطاطس مهروسة ، ملح ، فلفل + جبنة + بقدونس

    125 মিলিটার (1/2 কাপ) উষ্ণ দুধ
    250 গ্রাম (2 কাপ) সমস্ত উদ্দেশ্যপূর্ণ ময়দা
    চিনি 4 চামচ
    ১ টি বড় ডিম, ঝাঁকুনি এবং ময়দা প্রয়োগের জন্য 1 টেবিল চামচ নিন।
    ১ চা চামচ লবণ
    নরম চাঁচা মাখন 5 চামচ
    কাটা আলু, লবণ, গোলমরিচ + পনির + পার্সলে।
    Thai
    มันฝรั่งไส้ชีส
    Tangzhong: นม 125 มล. (1/2 ถ้วย) และแป้งอเนกประสงค์ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

    I made these yesterday. After adding TZ and main ingredients, the dough became very watery. Added 25-30 gms of extra flour and got the required consistency. The window pane was excellent. Sticky dough but manageable. The buns came out superb though. Thanks

    3:15 hi, after rising the bread. it is important to remove the gas/air inside because if not it woul d lead to soury taste

    Hi Ninik.I often see ur videos and try them...they r too good..I have a question .as u know it takes more than 3 hrs in the whole process from kneading to baking .is their any way that I can knead and prepare the day before and bake on the party day...I mean at what point can I leave baking for the next day..I would appreciate ur response

      Thanks so much. Yes, you can make the dough ahead, let it rise for the first proofing and store in the fridge. The next day let the dough warm again, shaping and filling/topping, 2nd proofing at room temperature before baking.

    Saya suka acar yg sering ada di dalam burger. Kl acar biasa, timun diberi gula, garam dan cuka sih bisa... Tapi yg dlm burger itu kan kering... Seperti sdh dibuat agak lama...krn terlihat bening.... Kl sdg buat makanan yg pakai acar... bisa sekalian ajari ya mbak.... Suwun....

      Oh itu pickles. Timun kecil, cuka, garam, gula dan air matang bisa ditambah chili, daun dill, dan biji mastard atau herbal lainnya. Di campur dan biarkan 2 jam hingga gula & garam larut, masukkan jar terus ditutup rapat, biarkan minimal 10 hari sebelum dikonsumsi. Simpan dikulkas.

      Zareen Thomas, you're welcome and thank you. If using a mixer with a dough hook, about 6-8 minutes, do windowpane test and if you are happy with the result (the dough doesn't tearing up when you spread it), it's done.
