Simplified Recipe:
LEMONDROP SMASH
5 KG 2-Row
Mash for 1HR @ 154 F with recirculation
1 HR Boil with the following additions:
60 mins - 20g Lemondrop
15 mins - 1 Whirlfloc tablet
10 mins - 10g Lemondrop
5 mins - 28g Lemondrop
Cool to 176 F or 80 C
Add 20g Lemondrop and stir in. (Whirlpool)
Let sit for 20 mins
Cool using your own method and transfer to fermenter
Add yeast of your choice. US 05 is an option or re-use healthy yeast
Add 30g of Lemondrop after primary fermentation has subsided. Let sit for 3 to 5 days then rack to secondary. Bottle or keg as you normally do after that.

When you go to mash the rubber cap goes on the pipe, after you dough in the comes off and the stainless siphon cone goes on. I do see that you do do it differently but it works. Great video. Cheers.

That water diffuser you put on the end of your recirculation hose is pretty good... Where did you buy it from?

That is not a good idea because HOA. The best is to submerge the silicone hose into the grain.
