I can't tell you how much I enjoy your videos. You remind me of my pops in a lot of ways and it brings back good memories when him and I would be in the boat together. I like that you keep the majority of fish also. We fished to put food on the table. We enjoyed catching them but our main goal was supper. I think you're the same way. I would have let the catfish go also though. Thanks for taking me out in the boat and giving me good thoughts about my dad and our days of fishing.
Mr. Steve, we came down to our fishcamp on Lochloosa this afternoon. Had to check things out after Nichole. However, my son, husband and I had the best time WATCHING YOU tonight! Did you hear us rooting you on? There is no other fisherman and definitely no other fishing show as enjoyable to watch as you. I guarantee, tomorrow on Lochloosa and Orange Lake, there will be some Old Fisherman slang used. But I doubt there will be a monster, like yours, caught here for Monster Magazine. Thank you so much for allowing us to be in the boat with you. You bring our family lots of fun and joy.
Congrats steve....that's a great catch on a crappie rod..not to many flatheads are caught out of murray so glad you released him so he can make more flattys. 😀
Great catch Steve. I caught one yesterday on Tennesee river in Northeast Alabama about same size but yours are special being on crappie rod! Loving life with the old fisherman!
For the last week the wind has been tough for me and my little 12 ft boat to fish in. I just have my little trolling motor to putt around with, but when the fish are biting you just can't beat it! Great video, keep it up!!
I just came across your channel thanks to Mr Richard Gene. He mentioned you in one of his videos and I came to check out your channel. I have to tell you that I really enjoyed your video and that bonus flathead caught on a crappie rig was really something else. Great content, you got yourself a subscriber and looking forward to seeing more. I recently retired and getting back into fishing. Cheers from Canada.
Steve congratulations on that Catfish- we have Flatheads over here & they are huge but they are a sand bottom fish & not a catfish species. Great eating fish but we definitely release the big breeders as we want to preserve our fish history. Cheers Denise- Australia
Capps & Coleman said in a interview I saw one time they won crappoie tournment a couple times using only millworms so a crappie eats akit lee than u think ...good show 👍
Looks like 20 pounder at least. Nice job landing that cat. I only catch catfish like that when I'm fishing for bass lol. I've never caught any big ones actually cat fishing. Love the shows. Thanks and keep your pole wet.
