- Want to know what living in Las Vegas is Like?
Of course everyone has a different experience, but in this channel I will be showing you what it's like to be a UA-camr living in Las Vegas. I want to show you everything I wouldn't usually show on my other channel, like all the events I go to, the crazy things I see, and much more. I hope you enjoy!

Take it from someone who's battled weight fluctuations all his life--you looked wonderful when you started these videos four years ago, and you look wonderful now. The only place where you've grown is in the quality of your videos--and you are amazing. Just keeping doing what you're doing with diet, exercise, etc., you'll always look great. Take care!!

I’m also 5’1” 133…and I can attest that it doesn’t take much but a couple pounds to see it on a little tiny frame…but I’m 50 and I don’t give a hoot about my weight…girl you have no idea how wonderful it is to be your age…spend as much time as you can enjoying the shite out of life…indulge and let your self enjoy it and when you’re happy with your body, your body will be happy with you. Don’t give a second of mental energy to the arm chair critics who likely are too busy judging to be keeping their own street clean. Duck em and chuck em if they ain’t worth a penny. Keep doing you…the light shining out of your heart coupled with the obviously crazy amount of work you do just by yourself and with a couple friends pitching in here and there but it’s clear you have a pretty cool support network of people who watch, enjoy, repeat so keep going and ignore the idiots and stones they throw in the way. Go get it!!❤❤❤

You do a great job of showing off Vegas. Food just happens to be one of the big attactions of visiting. I think you show off a perfect balance of entertainment and dining.
I've been around Vegas forever. Still, I don't know it all. I enjoy your videos for the extensive variety in - as you put it: "All things Vegas". There are many UA-camrs that give updates, etc., on Vegas. However, you make it feel more like we (your viewers) are like a friend tagging along. To put it another way; You make it enjoyable. It's your nature. That is why all these places want you to visit them / feature them - you make them 'look good'. This video - again - makes it like we're your friends. Keep doin' what you're doin'.

That pizza, you should try and get them to collab to make the ultimate Norma slice! Also, I didn't realize how much your face has changed since I first started watching you, that's quite the transformation! Most of us struggle with our habits, so you are not alone. It takes a long time to figure out what doesn't work, then to make changes to get to where we want to be. My goal has always been to look like a guy that tries to keep it together, but also never turn down a taco!

The Tapas bar looked great. I pair my dinner with my water packets lol. Today ill be making steamed veggies, rice and chicken with Sriracha and other sauces. But ill have a Cherry water packet added to water to be wild. But i always appreciate the videos and reviews. Quarantine was so tough for everyone. It was alot to think about to like these type of scenarios don't happen often so we as a society weren't prepared and it lead to alot of anxiety, stress, and depression. But slowly things are improving. Your content has been a bright shining moment during the rough times. When that notification pops I take lunch and watch. Thanks for always being ypu. 🎉🎉
I think I started following your channel like a year or two ago and it has been an amazing journey! On the weight fluctuations, you are doing great now. I think if you feel like you have a routine that helps to keep you healthy, then that is what's important and contributes to a healthy lifestyle.
I have followed you since 2017. Initially I was researching what to do in Vegas when my husband and I got married at the Luxor in 2018. Since then I have visited twice more. Norma, 25 year old girl here… I completely understand where you are coming from and what you are saying, but you are not “fat”. I think you look amazing. When I went to college I was always told there’s a thing called freshman 15 where you gain 15 pounds the first year, for me it was freshman 45. I struggled so much with that extra weight but was able to get it back down. Just find your sweet spot and know how many calories you’re in taking in. You would be surprised how much we tend to over eat. It’s also important to exercise and keep your body moving. ❤ also you and Daniel are just cute together!
I know, growing up we were just pressured into having a certain look. Just like the freshman 15, we got the quarantine 15 or more lol. I noticed what helps me most is anti inflammatory foods. And thanks, he’s pretty cute too lol
i like pizza when younger now idont have much teeth to eat it i shred my food and soft food eat chips and fritos shredded into small salt lke pieces

Never noticed any fluctuations. Been watching you for a while and you ain’t never been fat. Defintely phat! But not fat. body is the bottle, the personality is the wine.
The bottle makes me pick it up off the shelf, but the wine is what makes me a return customer.

Hi Norma, I know it's been a while since you posted this but as a fan of your content, your weight was never something I cared about. I'm happy for whatever type of content you put out, including the topic of this video because it's something you want to share about and I enjoy hearing your perspective on things.
I just hope you didn't feel the need to make this video because of the ignorant comments you receive about your weight, most of them being from deadbeat (probably out of shape) men who feel like they can say whatever they want because they're hiding behind a computer. No doubt it's the most atrocious looking men who would probably think they're 10s when they're in the negatives that feel they can judge the appearance of others. I'd like to see them do what you do. Chances are, if they have the time to sit there and comment on things that don't matter, they probably haven't achieved much in life. Cheers!

Loved this video. I always enjoy when you go to local restaurants. I need to try Casa Raku, everything looked so good there. When we were at Durango the line was so long for pizza we skipped it...but it is still on my list to try. Oh...you look great and obviously care about what you eat and look like, so, no worries. Never thought of your channel as a food channel i found ur channel from 24hrs at Cosmo which is probably my favorite style because i like rating hotels over what all i can do without leaving a property but youve had club info, one of your first vids was lake las vegas, and while sure food vids its Vegas land for tourists who want to eat things we cant eat at home so show us options but you branch out showing lots of places tourists dont think of which is why youre the best so thanks Norma (but seriously best steakhouse list when lol) have a good day

Don't drink soda everyday, only once in a while. Just drink water, but juice only occasionally. Eat oatmeal or an apple for breakfast, nothing heavy. Don't buy a loaf of bread every week, only eat bread occasionally. Keep alcohol drinks to only a few times a month. Limit greasy & carb heavy foods to only a 1-2 times a week. Combine that with daily calisthenics and you'll lose weight. If you want to be aggressive, go swimming at a health club 4 times a week and you'll decrease your weight with 2 months. Stay focused and you'll achieve your goal!
