Justice League:Dark is a excellent stand alone movie as well as Batman & Harley Quinn. Another one I’m really fond of is Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay. Those three I think y’all will really enjoy.

Flash been my fav since the 90s. He extremely underestimated! A lot of people don’t know the full scale of powers his speed gives him! He’s so fast can manipulate speed to control winds, matter phasing and time travel! He can create sonic booms and has even out run death!
Not only does this movie have a direct sequel, it starts the DC Animated Movie Universe, which includes Justice League WAr, Son of Batman, Throne of Atlantis, Batman vs. Robin, Bad Blood, JL vs TT, JLD, Judas Contract, Hell to Pay, Death of Superman, Hush, Bloodlines, and Apokolips War, recontextualizing all of these seperate comicbook plots into one shared continuity with some really great entries. Love the DCAMU series!

This was such a good film. Justin Chambers who voices Barry Allen The Flash is amazing. Sam Daly, Tim Daly's son voicing Superman was unexpected but still great. What's crazy is that you had 2 Grey's Anatomy alumni voicing DC characters with Justin Chambers and Kevin McKidd who voices alternate Batman/Thomas Wayne in the Flashpoint storyline. This film felt very cinematic. Also Outsider's C. Thomas Howell voicing Eobard Thawne and the speech he gives "Her Hero, how noble, oh wait, you didn't stop JFK from getting assassinated or made sure Hitler stays in art school; you saved your mommy, you missed her and I am the villain..." was so good. Cyborg the moral compass trying to bring the JL back and Michael B. Jordan of course is also amazing.
Cyborg is voiced by Micheal B Jordan. I'm just now noticing that Flash's suit for the upcoming movie is exactly like Flash's suit in this movie. That's dope af
Yes. Under the Red Hood and Flashpoint are two of my favorite dc animated films. They had everything. I also really dug Justice League Doom, JL Crisis on two earths and the underrated and excellent Green Lantern Emerald Knights.

This is one of the ones that stick with me for all the best reasons. Especially that final scene with Bruce reading the letter from his Alt universe dad. Also would love to see you watch another Elseworld DC Animated movie, Gods and Monsters. It's my favorite DC Animated movie and one of the coolest interpretations of the big 3.

Considering you guys were comic book fans as well, I'm actually surprised that you guys haven't watched Flashpoint Paradox yet, it's one of the best DC animated movies out there. I just wish I could erase this movie's existence from my mind and experience the excitement watching this for the first time, again.
The only scene that I wish this movie had that was omitted from the comic is the scene where Barry goes back to talk with his mother before finally stopping himself from going back in time. It makes me tear up every time I read it.
All the sh*t I just went through… at least I get some form of happiness when the Reel Rejects posts something. It’s nice to get away from life and feel like I’m sitting with them reacting to things. Love you guys! Keep up the awesome work!
The DCAU that comes after this is EXCELLENT and I highly recommend. There is an order to watch them because the stories are all intertwined. I think you will love them all.

It was great re-visiting this with both of you! I feel Coy's watching-someone-watch-something-you-love energy and hope you guys watch the ENTIRE DC animated collection. Seriously.
Just to avoid Coy’s future disappointment, the 2023 flash film isn’t following this story. The only similarity is the flash time travelling (possibly to save his mother) and creating/landing in an alternate timeline, then having a universe reboot when it’s fixed. There likely won’t be any war and definitely no thomas wayne. We don’t even know if reverse flash will be in the film yet

Flash is my favorite hero and his story is so inspiring I love his relationship with all his villains and Reverse Flash’s obsession with destroying Barry’s life. DC experimented earlier with a connected universe using their animation during the new 52, all those films (Death of Superman, Reign of Supermen, Apocalypse Wa, Batman Bad Blood, Son of Batman, Teen Titans, Teen Titans vs Justice League, Constantine, Justice League Dark, etc etc etc) are all connected and have their own “End Game” in Justice League Apocalypse War…. Which is awesome, but is the culmination of several films, more than mentioned above, all of which are very good.
So glad you guys did this. Hands down one of the best DC Animated Films ever with Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm. What they did with Batman was genius. Can't wait for The Flash and hope they take the elements of what made this so good. Hope to get The Flash Trailer by the latest Xmas. Please Do The Rest Of The Movies From This Universe.
No way that the movie will have the war in it, they will do something else once they find out that the other Barry isn't from another universe but is Thawne having used future surgery to look like Barry. We might se glimpses in the speedforce using cgi and stand in actors. But no way they will use more than the basic premise.

@@louisberry4403 They did no such thing that was Sony. And also we knew that they were both going to be in it over a year in advance. While we haven't actually gotten a single story leak from the Flash. The only reason we know that the other version of Barry that Ezra is playing is really Thawne is because we have read comic books.
Awesome reaction guys! And it made me so happy that you enjoyed Grifter's appearance. Apart from the WildC.A.T.s cartoon in the 90s, this is Grifter's only other animated appearance. But DC Comics has been tying him and the WildC.A.T.s more to Batman's universe lately so here's to hoping we see more of him in future Batman projects!
Justice League: The New Frontier is one you frankly must watch as an adaptation of DC: The New Frontier with Darwyn Cooke’s involvement. Hal, Martian Manhunter, and Barry are awesome and it’s fantastic.
Honestly you guys should react to the whole DCAU now. It’s so worth it for Death of Superman and Apokolips War. Not every movie is great but there are some really fantastic ones in there. Also the fight scenes are fantastic in each of those movies

I genuinely hope you guys continue this universe. I'll admit, there's some things I would do differently but overall it's an enjoyable time. Especially when you get to the finale. Because my God, that finale ?! Really hope the new DC Universe gets to that point

Justice League: The New Frontier is one you frankly must watch as an adaptation of DC: The New Frontier with Darwyn Cooke’s involvement. Hal, Martian Manhunter, and Barry are awesome and it’s fantastic.

Honestly you guys should react to the whole DCAU now. It’s so worth it for Death of Superman and Apokolips War. Not every movie is great but there are some really fantastic ones in there. Also the fight scenes are fantastic in each of those movies

I just notice when it explodes, it reminds me of a scene in ZSJL when the motherboxes explodes and flash reverses time.
