This was one of my favourite episodes, I always considered elemental plane of air to be the one with wasted potential, just floating rocks, but this opened my eyes. Also, I dunno if somoene mentioned it, but there is a silent, constant sound in your recording that makes ears burn after a while of listening with headphones.
Ive always struggled with describing the different planes uniquely to my players, but your videos really help me to visualize how it must be on one of these plains. I hope they keep coming, they are always great to listen to while thinking!
I’ve been so excited for this video because I wanted to run a campaign arc in the Elemental Plane of Air using a new set of characters. Thank you so much!
Man oh man this is the kind of video you make that just makes me want to set a whole campaign around a concept, creature, or location. Please keep it up, and do more videos about things within the Boundless Blue!!!
Thank you so, so much. My party is gonna be diving into the plane of air soon and I really needed this. Can’t wait to come back with my notes ready to write things down.

I didn't know they were so crucial in the story of the Multiverse. also I notice there are members of the Cult of the Dragon in the end slate, so I take it the dragon there is going to undergo the ritual to become a Dracolich?
Great video about great plane. I'm DMing a Candlekeep module today about freeing a djinn. And he will take the pcs to elemental plane of air in the ending to show how awesome it is.
I know this is not the right video or anything, but I have a Rogue in a campaign who is now known as "The Unicorn". Well, sort of, no one knows that it's him. And it's purely because one of my friends saw your video about Unicorns and decided it would be a good title because of the idioms you had referenced in it, as he had repeatedly completely evaded capture or even detection from guards, other thieves, assassins and even a couple of Wizards. That said, I love your videos, great stuff to pop onto a speaker and just going about my chores. Keep it up!

Wait, quick question because this may have been something I missed: do the Aarakocra not have anything to do with the Elemental Plane of Air? I don't think I heard you mention them. Of course, maybe there just wasn't enough time to include them, but I would be interested in a video about them (maybe you've already done one already of course, which would then explain it).
Aarakocra originate from the Elemental Plane of air. That said, any Aarakocra you might encounter in the material plane could very well have been born there, and possibly never even seen the boundless blue considering their short lifespans. Then again, you only need 5 aarakocra to open a portal to it so they might very well have been there anyways.
Definite oversight considering they're a player race heavily tied to the Endless Blue being enemies of creatures of the Anvil and frequently combating them, pretty important stuff
16:50 I don't mean to pick apart the physics of D&D of all things, but Water pressure isn't caused by gravity, only water pressure differences related to how deep you are. Air is still less dense than water, so it should still do that.

When you were doing your series on the strongest monsters by CR, you mentioned that you would cover some of the creatures from other settings as well, did that idea not pan out well enough for a video or did I happen to miss it somehow?
Listening to many of the features reminds me of the game Sunless Skies, in a good way. It's basically like if space and the Plane of Air were mixed/the same thing, with a lot of earthmotes, gods and epic-scale creatures and forces in an endless airy void, and Victorian Britain tried to conquer it with giant steam locomotives instead of ships.
