This is an excellent tool to have in your inventory! I have a Dewalt but the design of these is rather simplistic so, I don’t expect brand will matter too much.
I always wanted a palm nailer, they really can come in handy. 😃👍
I DON'T GET IT
Something else I'll go buy and probably never use.
Great vid, short sweet and to the point!
That’s his specialty!
I use one similar to this one to drive out roll pins on equipment that are in tight places that can’t be drove out with a punch and hammer. I have punches that fit inside the nailer and it works great..
Thanks!
Cool, thanks for the vid!
Love it used mine today
Fantastic tool
I had the old central pneumatic, I blew through 3 of them 1 each year, never more than a few jobs, but for the price (less than$20) it did the job, I wonder if these are the same but just a new paint scheme?
The ridgid palm nailer is powerful but way too bulky, so I always kept my small HF one just in case.
Not something I would use all the time but sure glad you have it when you need it 😁👍
Is this tool good for pushing nails out? I have a bunch of flathead nails in a floor and I think they can be pushed out a bit from the basement. Anyway, thanks for the video!
I wonder if anyone makes a battery-pack powered one. I gurss that would be somewhat bigger, though.
I wore 3 or 4 of these completely out. I used to move and set mobile homes and sometimes we needed to install truss hangers underneath a roof after it was unfolded.. there was no other way to do it... I do feel sorry for anyone who had to take it back apart....... we just moved them with the roof up if we needed to move one.
Sounds like hell of days there.. so how long do they last.. are they worth the money in framing
They wore out in about 8-10 jobs. we dropped a few too. I also remember throwing one into the woods. 1 house would be like 80 truss hangers with 10-12 nails each. they would just start leaking air. more and more until they didnt have enough power to run the nails in anymore.
