Hey Amy , honestly it’s also my first time that I have ever heard it named 春饼，because in many places like mine Zhejiang province , we just simply call it 卷饼，literally means roll pancake . It’s quite yummy and easy to make too , and maybe one day you can try making it at home 😋

l’m from Harbin and currently I’m studying in Sydney. As a people from the Northeast part of China, I have to say that the dish you ordered are very classic and authentic home-made dish in Northeast region, and they are great texture for Chunbing. But I think you forgot the 甜面酱 which is a kind of sweet and salty sauce combined with some spring onion(or fresh onion rings) and coriander, they are also great ingredients for Chunbing. By the way, 鱼香肉丝 is also a nice choice instead of 京酱肉丝, maybe you can have a try someday. It is so warm and touching to see you and your family enjoy the food in my hometown authentically，I really miss there. Thanks a lot😊
