RDJ no doubt one most talented (and successful) actors of his generation. The guy had two separate championship runs between 2007-09 (Zodiac, Iron Man, Tropic Thunder, Sherlock) and 2013-19 (Avengers, Civil War, Homecoming, Infinity War, Endgame). Having box office success with the studios and trust with the fans, is able to show his range on prestige films (Oppenheimer) and win big trophy's (Oscars, Baftas).

What does Cillian mean with the "straight man" comment? Ig I'm having language barrier but I don't get it. Starting at 45:50
A straight man in this context refers to a straight man in a comedy. Usually you have a kind of wild comedic character, and to anchor that character and give the audience someone to relate to, they have a more normal character that gets dragged into the wild character’s antics and reacts in more grounded ways, so that the contrast makes the whole thing funnier. So Cillian is saying that he’s kind of the straight man to Downey’s wild energy and wit, like a comedic duo.
