@@truegrizzlesfan2292, this is common sense. You can have locs in a professional setting. But you also have to appear professional. There is no need to want to make a statement about how you can wear your hair anyhow you want and make your own life more difficult than it needs to be. People who work in corporate have their dress code and there’s no gain in fighting that.

I don't get it. The point of having dreads for the hair to hang time. Embrace the journey.. If not, should have stick with braids 😅
