Well if you can’t get moisture you should keep a bonnet on and let the steam from the heat that forms on its own

Hi i.m Aphile and I.m from south Africa king bril . and by doing my research I have found that protein treatment that I think will fit me perfectly which is a Aunt Jackie's deep conditioner and find out that in the ingredients the is ,Honey, HYDROLYZED KERATIN , HYDROLYZED VEGETABLES PROTION I think it a great choice for me or not so what do you think guys should I go for it or not🤔
ECo style super protein has also hydrolyzed wheat protein in it.

How should I use this protein?
I just started taking care of my hair, small Afro here, and honestly, until a couple a weeks ago I would just wash my hair once a week with shampoo and done. No bonnet, no conditioner, no nothing
My hair would be dry most of the time and hella frizzy
Anyways, I look forward into learning how to properly take care of my hair because I think I'm neglecting it to the point that for me it ain't growing up, so, I'm trying to make my best to grow it as fast and healthy as possible

I’ve had bad breakage in my hair growth journey (left deep conditioner in my hair without washing it out like a dumb ass) so now I’m starting over but certain parts are not growing like it should. Is that permanent or will the protein treatment help me grow those problem areas back?

To deep condition your hair
U can use olive oil used for cooking in ur hair, if you don’t have that take your conditioner add water and use it as a leave in. spray your hair with water then put the water conditioner mix in your hair and then twist it into medium or mini twists if ur hair is too short for that just let your hair be and refresh it every 3-7 days then wash it with the shampoo every 2-4 weeks.
@@kestle-i1c finger detangle ur hair don’t use combs or a pick at all those cause a lot of breakage. if you must use tools only use them after you have thoroughly finger detangled.

Might be a dumb question, but gotta ask. The 2nd time i tried it, i tried to get the air bubbles from around the strand. The hair sunk then rose back to the top and still had an air bubble or two. Does that still mean i have low porosity hair?
