Hi Kate, I brought my speed twin in 2019, rode it to work, sunny days out, toured Scotland three times covering 1800 miles each time.versatile! Added a throttle spacer to stop the snatchyness, turned the throttle Into a switch. Lovely bike good at all I wished to do and in the silver a little bit of a sleeper. Then in June this year, whilst parked at work a delivery driver reversed into it and wrote it off. Time to replace…nice pay out……went and brought another one, is the new one an improvement, yes, better braked, less snatch, more lively motor, much better front end. If you use rain mode when it’s wet, road mode for almost everything else and reserve sports mode when the road allows its not an issue. Great do it all bike. I also have a Thruxton r and I agree with you, that’s just special. Keep the vids coming.
Nothing beats having a bike’s suspension changed to suit your weight. Finally did it after years of putting up with springs that were too stiff. Absolute game changer 🍻
Hi, I bought a 23 plate one of these after 20 years off the road due to family stuff. I absolutely love mine. You do a great review. I always thought the throttle a wee bit iffy in rain mode and better in sport. Probably because Im a born again novice😊. I also think its a lot happier with e5 petrol. Keep up the great reviews. Cheers.
My buddy has one, but don’t ride it much. I asked him for first dibs when he sells it. So this was a very informative video. Plus I love to see my old stomping grounds.
I have the 2019 model. Great bike, love the engines low down torque and power. It is a smidge snatchy at low revs in sport mode so I just keep it in rain mode whilst in traffic. It's a real looker, one I'm proud to own and will be keeping.👍
I have a 23 Speed Twin and agree. For the most part the throttle is silk smooth. At low speeds and especially if the road is bumpy things can get a bit herky jerk. Think this is a combination of a big twin with a lightened crank and a very light throttle spring. Very easy to give more throttle than intended when hitting bumps. Very small nit to pick on an otherwise great bike. I am in the USA and envious of the great scenery you have. Enjoy your reviews. Ride fast and take care!
Nice review Kate. I own a 2022 model. Mainly ride in road mode and have no complaints about throttle response. I'm small and light (65kg) and find the suspension on the comfy side. I can imagine if I was twice the weight it could be overwhelmed. I think for real world road speeds the power and torque with the sticky tyres are right in the sweet spot. It's not a track day weapon it's a great back road scatcher. The main thing is it rides great, goes well, is comfy, looks great, sounds great, and always puts a big grin on my face. What more do we want?
Suspension with all bikes, is set up for the weight of an average person. A heavier biker should know this, and although adjustable suspension might be enough, they have to be prepared to put in stronger springs soon after buying a bike. Same (but opposite) for lightweight people. They may seek out softer springs.
Those roads around Edgeworth and Haslingden are fabulous and the bike is right up my street with no quick shifter or blipper, what ever they are, no radar or tft but proper clocks. Tried a Thruxton but after a short time i had to visit a cyropractor far to focused for my older body.

Love my 2021 Speedy. Upgrades: Ohlins, decat, sports airbox. The ohlins took 12 months to get here, but have changed the bike totally, no more choppy corners, just superb. The decat gives it a lively exhaust and poppy deceleration note and breathing better in and out there is definitely a few more horses running around. I won’t be changing it anytime soon!
Nice Vlog with an honest ride review, enjoyable. I have the 2023 Speed Twin 1200 and put new exhausts. Brings a smile to my face every time I ride it. Rain mode is nice and easy. Road is torkey and fun. Sport mode I call Hooligan and makes me giggle. I agree with on/off snatchy feel particularly when I hit a bump and low/mid speeds. Rear suspension not matched to power of the bike. Will likely swap with Ohlins or similar. Love the bike, will keep for a long time.
@ Finally they made that change. Most folks have been saying all along that the Speed Twin need to be equipped like a Thruxton, at least as an option. Smart move with the extras as well. Though I love my 2 analogue dials. The new one may be more practical but too close to “modern”. In the meantime I changed both front and rear shocks with Nitrons R3 and TVT kit. Transformed the ride. So I swap rides between the Ducati MSV4 and Speedy. Appreciate your report👍✌️
Great review Kate. Good on you for qualifying your comments on the suspension. SO many vloggers make a ‘one off’ statement about ride quality (and handling) whether they weigh 5 stone or 25 stone. 🤷 I think that can be off-putting to a potential buyer. Keep up the excellent work.

Awesome bike, I own a 2020 gen1 and couldn’t prefer something else. Yes the new one has the better suspension in the front, but not the rear. Hi Kate It was good to get a unbiased review on the Speed Twin as I have just rebuilt a crash damaged 2016 Thruxton and a 2023 1200 Speed Twin with 94 km on the clock. I am hoping to get it registered and give it a good test along side the Thruxton and see if my extra weight adds to the ride. As the Thruxton I have only has normal front telescopic forks and the same rear coil over shocks. It was interesting to see your comments about the Throttle response I will check it out on both bikes. Watching your blog reminded me just how narrow many of the the roads are in South Yorkshire where I first rode in the 60s I am now in NZ with lots of bumpy roads and pot holes to navigate and test the suspension setups.
UNK Fantastic video Lady! I love your thrill of riding a parallel Twin Triumph every time! I have my Thruxton R with the Fairing and when I ride it, it's the grunt it has that makes me smile. You are a one of a kind Lady and thank you for that! 👍👍 Ride SAFE and BE safe Lady!! 🌹
I had a 2022 version... no disputing how good it is.... but I went from this bike to the Street Triple 765 RS...I Guess at 57... I dont feel that old that, I need the Speed Twin!!!!!!
I had a late 2021 model (so with the upgrades). The only part / spec I disliked - while I loved the twin dials - was that the speedometer was a little hard to read, though I know there's aftermarket gauges you can get that are a much cleaner design. Best rides were a few 250+ mile days in summer. Felt so in tune with the bike by the end of those days and it handles really well. Very, very good bike.
@@UsernameKate Loathe, just doesn't suit a retro bike! Could have kept the twin dials with a cleaner analogue speedo on one, and a subtle / minimal / dimmable TFT on the other. So still moving the design forward.
Good review kate.... I have a gen 1 2020 model and really love it....the wife that also rides a cb500x also enjoys the odd spin on it as it feels physically manageable. Sports mode is definitely snatchy around town but fine when enjoying the bike properly. Not really a bike for long rides of over 100 miles. Got a very capable tiger 1050 sport for comfort and wind protection. x
Having recently gotten a 2023, I can say that the suspension is still pretty bad (although better than the previous generation). The first thing I did was order a set of K-tech rear shocks and a K-tech front fork cartridge kit.
Ha ha!!, I'm with you on the hip cramp thing Kate. It sneaks up on me now and again. Good review and as a Bonneville owner I agree that the parallel twin is a beautiful noise!
I have the 2022 Speedtwin, great bike, I pretty much agree with everything you said during your ride. The torque is an absolute game changer for overtaking and coming out of the bends, not many bikes will keep up with it. I have upgraded the rear suspension, and put a steering damper on (cost 1k) but this is mainly due to my own preferences when flying at speed on our crappy roads here in the UK. The Triumph heated grips work a treat and interact with the LCD dash.
I have the 2022 model, it's is Great! But ......... I've changed the levers to evotech, put the Ducati spacer kit in the throttle, YSS shocks and a tail tidy. Got rid of the stupid reflectors on the forks . Just have to do something about the horrible turn signals and there get a set of Michelin 5s or 6s, then the bike is done. It develops a fantastic amount of torque and speed very quickly. A totally AWESOME road bike.
I am a fan of British bikes. Currently restoring a 850 Commando and as a Canadian parts over here can be a challenge at times. I ride VL1500 V twin normally, my wife suffers from hip craps at times and is very painful. You are way too young for these pains, need more miles on yourself before you start having achy bones. Great video and thank you!
Great content Kate 👍 I also have the Speedtwin and love it, might get shut of my 900 Thruxton as I love the torque. That road at 14:41 is our mini TT circuit when we want a quick 20 min out, Us Darweners love it.
Hi Kate Great video. When you are riding those nice twisty roads can you give some indication of the road number. I quite fancy the Speed Twin!but also love the look of the Thruxton Regards Richard
Great review! Class looking bike, I was dead set on getting this but found it felt too small for me. Went for the XSR900 instead and absolutely love it. Also plagued with hip cramps!!
Watching on my Xbox so its on the TV thing. Also i got surround sound headset on. Good to see you having a blast down the local roads. The bit where youre behind the ford transit is the way i use to get home every night lol. When that was filmed though i would of been working overtime. The road to entwistle reservoir, seems a bit lumpy since the council "Fixed" it. I thought with the weather in the video youd have taken it through Ribble Valley over Jeffery hill then in towards Hornby.
I've been lusting after the speed twin, currently own a Tiger 900, test rode the Bonneville 900, really enjoyed the handling and how low it is, the sound is awesome, the T100 is lacking in torque compared to my Tiger ... so a 1200 twin with tubeless tyres would be nice. on a separate note I do not dare ride with the visor open, to many bugs. Lovely review.
Where u riding Kate, looks lovely roads. Just stumbled across your video searching reviews. Really good review, definitely toying with this as my next bike when my current pcp expires on my Ninja SX.
Bike has nice classic lines. Maybe Throttle response could be a little snappy when the bike is cold. I have that by my little Honda when the bikes in first/ second gear. Nice review Kate.
Throttle drove me nuts on mine to the point I sold the bike, found it awful to ride on a constant throttle around 30 - 40mph. Dealer told me it was due to Euro 5 regs. Great review though 👍
I ride a big bagger but this bike looks like a lot of fun, especially on those roads. Btw, I'm sure you're not the only one to get hip cramps. I get em from time to time. Ride safe!
That was a great video Kate thank you. 🤗🤗. It sounded like my XJR and very similar in looks, what’s funny is on my bike it says 1300 but on the log book it’s a 1250. So it would be interesting if I rode next to that bike to see how it compares from a set of traffic lights. 😂😂
@@splodge57 I can’t afford new bikes so I just watch these videos and dream 🤣😂🤣🤣. I was lucky enough in 2019 to be given a W reg XJR all I had to do was get it road worthy which only cost £150.00 then I saved up and in February this year found a 09 reg FJR 1300 I love them both but when I feel like being naughty I take out the XJR it’s amazing the difference. It’s so nice to be back riding after 10 yrs off.
So apparently the quinine in tonic water stops cramp in its tracks! Although, I haven't ever had any on hand when I've been cramping to see if it works!
Hei Ka Nice review of Triumph speed 1200.Personally I feel the motorcycle might have been fitted with a Digital Speedometer and beneath Engine Exhaust system to give trendy looking new generation motorcycle.i liked your video 🎉
I've got a 2023 and agree that the throttle is a tad jerky in sport mode unless you are actually riding a bit lets say enthusiastically, around town its better in rain or road mode which is plenty, the bike is fantastic, esp with different tyres, I fitted Avon Spirit ST's, the Metz are great on a dry warm day but crap in the rain or even damp, started riding mine in early May and its now got 8,500 miles on it, people say you can't tour on them, well I rode from Stoke on Trent over to Krakow via France, Holland, Germany then back via Germany, Belgium, Holland and France with not much problem, granted the seat gives you Monkey Bum but you have to stop every 120 miles or so to tank up, I'm more used to a tank range of around 250 miles on my other bike (Harley Street Bob,, 2007 Dyna with 76,000 miles on her), the Speed Twin is fun, fast, handles, stops but can also be a gentle plodder if you want it to be, front suspension is fine but the rear can be a bit sketchy when you push on a bit but that can be sorted easily enough, all in all its a great bike and a keeper for me, love my Scarlet.
I've test ridden the '22 model while my Tiger GT Explorer was in for service and took it round the Yorkshire Dales.. Crackin machine !.. The only quibble would be the rather cheap rear shocks couldn't handle the bumpy roads and it got a bit bouncy. I'm very tempted to buy one but those shocks would have to go for some descent Olins with more adjustment.. Top review by the way 👏 👌
I know they are completely different bikes but I'm between this and the Street Triple RS for my next bike. My eyes are just drawn to both at the shop. If only I could have both!
Replaced my z900RS with a speed twin recently….just fancied trying ‘the other one’. Agree throttle needs a bit of fine control as is ‘snatchy’. I haven’t had an issue as my 2020 Z900RS had the same issue so used to it. Great review… thanks.
I have a 2023 speed twin. Love the bike completely. My only gripe is the rear mud guard is pretty useless. Even riding when the road is slightly wet, my back seat and jacket get all the slush from the road.
It's a lamb and a lion. Very docile and tame up to 65, then a yank of the throttle and it's like a turbo kicks in. I ride the freeways of southern California where 80 is the average speed. It's buzzy at higher rpms, but from 80 it takes off like a rocket.
How does the low speed handling compare to the Thruxton? I had the 900 Thruxton for almost a decade and the only complaint I had was how sluggish it was in parking lots and very low speed maneuvering. Sounds like the weight of the Speed Twin takes a little pushing in the corners like the Thruxton, but would love to hear your thoughts on the slow speeds. The thought of a Thruxton like ride suitable for longer distances is appealing in the Speed Twin if the slow speed handling is also an improvement.
I can confirm the throttle is awful at low speeds. I commute to work on mine in London where they are a lot of 20mph zones a nightmare, Rain mode can help The only way around it is to fit a power commander tune
I have one the clocks can be a bit hard to read as the idiot lights are not well set sometimes I leave the left indicator going as the needle covers up the left turn light at a certain speed The throttle can be a little bit snatchy mine you the bike hasn’t quite run in yet first service is due in 15 miles
Having had adjustable suspension adjusted to my weight for years I can't go back, I might be better off with a thruxton and handlebar kit to achieve this type of ride
Hi Kate, I've noticed you keep your visor up on under 40mph. It only takes a leaf, fly, debris to hit your eye to completely change your life. The main reason you keep your visor up is because of mist forming in the helmet. You can avoid this by not having the neck tube covering your mouth/ nose. Initially it would be uncomfortable change for you but the risk outweighs the reward. Great review and I'm a big fan. Thank you and all the best
Hi Kate, really enjoying your reviews, would you have one of these or a Thruxton RS if you were going to run one of the two alongside your GS (I have a GS also and looking for a retro bike for a ride out Sunday bike)...
@UsernameKate I think it's probably more of a practical option than a scrambler but I do like sitting up a little higher especially in traffic. I also do camping through our the year so it's nice having the capability. I think if I had the XE I would probably get the Speed 1200 but the XC is kinda like the happy medium. I love my XC so much I wouldn't think of getting rid of it.
I love these type of bikes, but the main issue I have with them is the price. For what you get, I think they're a bit overpriced when compared to other bikes. Obviously, the manufacturers are tugging on the old heartstrings! I was dead set on either a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 or a Kawasaki Z900RS. I decide to go with the Kawasaki Z900RS SE, the version with the Öhlins rear unit-yes, that's definitely the bike for me, and you won't persuade me otherwise, I'm sticking to my guns! Then the Suzuki go and announce the GSX-S1000GX! 😲 Looking at that bike, it does everything I need a bike to do, the specification is miles better than a Kawasaki Z900RS, or a Triumph Speed Twin 1200, and the launch price is £14,499! The Kawasaki Z900RS SE is £13,149. I plan to keep my next bike for a while, so I think a modern classic will have to wait for now-they are lovely, though! 💔
Got mine this weekend. Gear change is amazing, holds a line great. Brakes are pretty decent. Cant comment on the torque as when mine gets to 4000 rpm it dies, so back to the shop it goes, haven’t even done 20 miles on it so pretty gutted. Bike sounds great tho when its not trying to buckaroo me off it
I'm 1.86m tall and weigh 110kg. I recently bought an ST 1200, ~500km from home and brought it back riding on it. Fantastic bike, comfortable, torque and cavalry waking up very early and big smiles on my face and no pain or after-effects afterwards. That is what I can comment so far! Nice videos, good winds for you all and keep safe!🙏🤙
Hi Kate, how do you like the Speed Twin compared to the Thruxton and heck why not throw in the Speed Triple 1200 RR too? I love the looks of these cafe retro looking bikes but interested how they compare. Thank you!
Ah yes, your weight problem.... Christmas is looming up upon us, an ideal oppertunity to add a few pounds to that frame of yours. I mean, if you wanna test a bike properly for us, then we need a good asessement of the suspension as well ! Best rides were a few 250+ mile days in summer. Felt so in tune with the bike by the end of those days and it handles really well.
Very, very good bike.
What do you think about the clocks on the 2025 update? like or loathe?
@@UsernameKate Loathe, just doesn't suit a retro bike! Could have kept the twin dials with a cleaner analogue speedo on one, and a subtle / minimal / dimmable TFT on the other. So still moving the design forward.
Good review kate....
I have a gen 1 2020 model and really love it....the wife that also rides a cb500x also enjoys the odd spin on it as it feels physically manageable.
Sports mode is definitely snatchy around town but fine when enjoying the bike properly. Not really a bike for long rides of over 100 miles.
Got a very capable tiger 1050 sport for comfort and wind protection. x
Nice review. Back to back, the main difference from the previous model is the suspension which is truly awful on the 2019 version.
As a former Triumph owner, I would definitely consider the 1200.
Such a great review with a good look at the bike ! Thank you Kate
I did karate for 11 years, I think it wore me out haha
I do have speed twin 900 and that is actually great bike ✌🏻
Great content Kate 👍 I also have the Speedtwin and love it, might get shut of my 900 Thruxton as I love the torque. That road at 14:41 is our mini TT circuit when we want a quick 20 min out, Us Darweners love it.
Love the video Kate, and yes I get hip cramp as well
It's bloody murder, do you still suffer with it?
I can remember the first time I ever saw the Bonneville. It was 1970. I was around 13 years old.
Beautiful roads, beautiful day.
Hi Kate
Great video. When you are riding those nice twisty roads can you give some indication of the road number. I quite fancy the Speed Twin!but also love the look of the Thruxton
Regards Richard
hey Richard, a bit late to this comment! I'm riding around Turton Tower, B6391 then onto Broadhead Road :)
I have a 2022 and the torque is intoxicating! I was laughing in my helmet for much of the test ride.
Great review! Class looking bike, I was dead set on getting this but found it felt too small for me. Went for the XSR900 instead and absolutely love it. Also plagued with hip cramps!!
Can I ask how tall you are please?
Tom, apparently necking tonic water before exercise will stop it because of the active ingredient - quinine. Good luck!!
Hi Kate, sounds like a nice bike all but with a few up grades, ie suspenion and a quick shifter, cheers, great review
I’ve got a speed twin , absolutely love it. I believe putting throttle spacers on stops the jerky throttle. Nice roads Kate where were you ?
Sorry this is very late! I'm riding around Turton Tower, B6391 then over Broadhead Road :)
Sorry I'm so late with this reply! I'm riding the B6391 to Turton Tower then on to Broadhead Road :)
Glad I'm not going crazy!
I ride a big bagger but this bike looks like a lot of fun, especially on those roads. Btw, I'm sure you're not the only one to get hip cramps. I get em from time to time. Ride safe!
A good all round review Kate.
I was hoping it would be the NC review,
thanks a lot for a good review. it's interesting to see your comparing review of this machine and r9t)
Glad you liked it!
That was a great video Kate thank you. 🤗🤗. It sounded like my XJR and very similar in looks, what’s funny is on my bike it says 1300 but on the log book it’s a 1250. So it would be interesting if I rode next to that bike to see how it compares from a set of traffic lights. 😂😂
I had an XJR 1200 in 1995, great bike. I now have a Speed Twin 1200 and was amazed at how much it reminded me of the Yamaha of 28 years ago.
@@ed7540I would still be happy with an XJR 1200/1300. A fantastic, smooth grunty engine and a good looking bike. Enjoy your rides.
Great bike Kate , I owned a 2022 model for 12months
I am an owner and never use sport mode! I only use road and have 0 issue with the throttle
Always getting hip cramp - bloody painful! Why oh why - what’s the solution??? Great vid Kate
Just get them both and smile every ride
Replaced my z900RS with a speed twin recently….just fancied trying ‘the other one’. Agree throttle needs a bit of fine control as is ‘snatchy’. I haven’t had an issue as my 2020 Z900RS had the same issue so used to it. Great review… thanks.
I recently rode the Z900RS and noticed the same!!
I have a 2023 speed twin. Love the bike completely. My only gripe is the rear mud guard is pretty useless. Even riding when the road is slightly wet, my back seat and jacket get all the slush from the road.
Try testing a Honda CB1100RS Kate. IMO its the best looking modern retro bike out there.
It's a lamb and a lion. Very docile and tame up to 65, then a yank of the throttle and it's like a turbo kicks in. I ride the freeways of southern California where 80 is the average speed. It's buzzy at higher rpms, but from 80 it takes off like a rocket.
Awaken the beast 🤣
The Triumph is so nice 👍🏻
Super Video 😃 Dory🐟😅🙋🏼♂️
How does the low speed handling compare to the Thruxton? I had the 900 Thruxton for almost a decade and the only complaint I had was how sluggish it was in parking lots and very low speed maneuvering. Sounds like the weight of the Speed Twin takes a little pushing in the corners like the Thruxton, but would love to hear your thoughts on the slow speeds. The thought of a Thruxton like ride suitable for longer distances is appealing in the Speed Twin if the slow speed handling is also an improvement.
It felt a bit easier at low speeds just because of the riding position with the upright bars :)
I can confirm the throttle is awful at low speeds. I commute to work on mine in London where they are a lot of 20mph zones a nightmare, Rain mode can help The only way around it is to fit a power commander tune
I have one the clocks can be a bit hard to read as the idiot lights are not well set sometimes I leave the left indicator going as the needle covers up the left turn light at a certain speed
The throttle can be a little bit snatchy mine you the bike hasn’t quite run in yet first service is due in 15 miles
My 25000km 2022 Speedtwin gets Brakes rebuild in the front and will be ready for next year blasting
Bloke at work got hit by a bug in the eye. Life changing for sure 😢
And she does not thank you for the tip 🙄.
@@rafalobo5308 That was not the reason for the tip.
Everyone should just ride their own ride and don’t be a bummer on someone else’s.
Hip cramp yes, but for me it's related to multiple operations on a broken femur. Sports bikes are off the menu for me these days.
Such a classic bike! Since the Thruxton is going away is this model sticking around?
It’s a great classic bike+ I always thought you traveled in rain mode up north 😂😂😂😂, joking of course 🤪😊👍
There are other modes to bikes? 😂
nice cool looking bike ✌
I do like the look of this bike
I have one it is just a beautiful bike amazing delicious
Hi Kate, really enjoying your reviews, would you have one of these or a Thruxton RS if you were going to run one of the two alongside your GS (I have a GS also and looking for a retro bike for a ride out Sunday bike)...
Sorry I'm late, I'd love a thruxton in the garage if money was no object :)
seems that the handlebars should come back about 6" to be confy on the turns. is there more heat on the t120 vs. t100
Dori? Nah! Kate suits you fine. Always makes me want to quote Shakespeare!
No cruise control... Only reason I got the scrambler 1200 over this.
How do you feel about the 2025 now its an option? :)
Looking at that bike, it does everything I need a bike to do, the specification is miles better than a Kawasaki Z900RS, or a Triumph Speed Twin 1200, and the launch price is £14,499! The Kawasaki Z900RS SE is £13,149. I plan to keep my next bike for a while, so I think a modern classic will have to wait for now-they are lovely, though! 💔
UPDATE: I purchased a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 (MY24) Stealth Edition Sapphire Red / Silver Red in October 2024.
Never mind the speed twin, come to Hull and ride my XADV 😌👍🏻
What music do you listen to when you're riding? AC/DC, LED ZEPPELIN, Pink Floyd, ZZ Top or the Spice Girls and Steps?
90s rap haha
Got mine this weekend. Gear change is amazing, holds a line great. Brakes are pretty decent. Cant comment on the torque as when mine gets to 4000 rpm it dies, so back to the shop it goes, haven’t even done 20 miles on it so pretty gutted. Bike sounds great tho when its not trying to buckaroo me off it
Oh man, that sucks!!
@@UsernameKate its the equivalent of getting xmas presents but no batteries for them 😂
Stoppp 😫😫
@@UsernameKate yup, going back to stoke triumph today
As per, great vid. It would be good to see your opinions on the bobber if you get the opportunity!
Need to get on one asap!
Love from India🇮🇳
Another good rider perspective of a good looking bike... actually, you fair up quite well yourself, as well.
All in all, top marks for the both of ya. Thanks.
So a little snatchy and not a lot of suspension travel? Is the suspension a little clunky also?
Sorry i'm late!!! I dont recall it being clunky.. Norton commando suspension is clunky haha
Great review. It's nice to ride a bike as they were no electronic gadgets although l have 1250rs with it all. Do you get lots of wind blast?
I guess you do as there's no screen but I'm just used to it :)
This or the Street Triple 765 RS? The latter for me. (I struggle with hip cramps too)
765 RS is more my kinda bike 😊
Very very nice bike
Hip cramp ? Yep me too.
Hey, I know this is a year late, but apparently - tonic water before exercise sorts it due to the quinine active ingredient :)
@ ooh really? I’ll try that… or maybe it works afterwards with a gin?
