I think that Atomix is a Galvan god. For context,the Galvans have a religion that idolizes an extinct race of machines that helped to become so advanced. The biosuit that Azmuth piloted in his debut is modeled after the Galvan gods and has a striking resemblance to Atomix.
@@KirigiriKirin You could tie this idea with the third theory you were talking about as Atomix being in the presence of two very strong galvins, Asmuth's pure brain and Albedo's Ultimate form, could very well have cause him to have been unlocked!
That would also explain why Azmuth would use that symbol on the Omnitrix and innately had an idea what Atomix could do to give him an appropriate name.

That's a great way to look at it. What if we're looking at Atomix's species the wrong way? Instead of the symbol for galactic peace being based on the Omnitrix's symbol, it could be that the Omnitrix's symbol was based on the symbol for galactic peace, which likely came from the armor Atomix's species wears. Seen as the way Atomix talks is very formal, it could be that his species is known for their ability to handle dyplomatic matters, and for being literal peace keepers in the universe, which is why the symbol in their chests started being recognized as the symbol for galactic peace. It would also be ironic that a species that is able of such destructive power is also the best at handling intergalactic relations, which I find is very in-line with Ben 10's worldbuilding.

The nuclear winter line and the whole build up to it is one of my favorite things in the Ben 10 franchise Incredibly goofy but so much fun. It's also nice that he's a powerhouse transformation as well that stands apart from the classic powerhouses.
I always liked atomix’s voice but the way he accentuates his words is so weird lol. Not to mention he only has one cool scene then proceeds to get bodied for the rest of the series lol
One thing about the ooze theory I’m surprised you didn’t mention is that it makes Atomix even more similar to NRG, both being radioactive beings contained in suits of armor to allow them to more safely interact with their environments. Adds a layer of believability to it, tying it to other bits of world building, but also makes him less unique, so idk how I feel about that. Atomix always gave me mecha anime vibes, with the metallic body, calling out the names of his attacks, and him being able to create mini stars being reminiscent of Shin Getter Robo’s “Stoner Sunshine” so I personally always figured his “species” might have some sort of tie to a higher power. Lots of mecha series tie their mechas to godliness of some sort - Evangelions being cloned from Angels, Transformers being intelligently designed by the God Primus, or the aforementioned Getter Robo being the avatar of an all-consuming eldritch abomination, etc - so combine that with Atomix apparently being the second strongest alien in the Omnitrix after Alien X, I do wonder if he’s like, an extra-dimensional being or something, and what we see is just the part that exists in the lower dimensions.
I have a soft spot for Atomix. I know he's a bit controversial but I love him. Mainly because as a kid I had a dream about me with the Omnitrix and the first alien I turned into was very similar to Atomix with the same color scheme, body shape and large Omnitrix symbol on it's chest. I had this dream way before OV and UA debuted.
Perhaps atomix being a manmade nuclear bomb that gained sentience, him having the symbol of peace on his chest was meant by his creators to symbolize how he could end wars.
Honestly never really questioned atomix's species like this before. When you pointed out that its a bit weird for a species to have the omnitrix symbol on his chest it reminded me about azimuths suit in the movie. It was based after galvin gods and also had the symbol on its chest. Given we dont see any of this species present I'd wager they are either extinct or from another galaxy if he even has a species at all. The idea of azimuth trying to recreate gods for the omnitrix or making a new species in their image is definitely interesting though.
Maybe, basing on the goop like theory, the Omnitrix adapted Ben's clothes into Atomix containment suit, like it does when it gives wrists bands and other accessories to many aliens in Omniverse, and that's why it has the Omnitrix logo to go with Ben's overall attire
Your theory on Atomix is very well done. Although the ooze and the toy theory can be fused into one where whatever species decided/accidentally to make Atomix and figuring out that Atomix is a dangerous species but unlike an animal, Atomix is intelligen. Thus, instead of exterminating them, they help them so they can live peacefully without having to deal with radiation hazard. Also, wasn't it Azmuth that gave Ben the DNA sample of the Incursian? P.S. Just a video idea, maybe you can make a what if the Omnitrix scanned every sentient alien that Ben ever come across (example: When Ben met Krab and Sixsix, the Omnitrix didn't scan them. But what if they did?).
Kraab and SixSix were special cases. SixSix was a mutant, which the Omnitrix doesn't accept, and Kraab had most of his body destroyed in the Piscciss/Pyros war, and was almost entirely robotic.

Because they are the weirdest to me, like, how a plant/tree can consume electricity? How Blacephalon's head works? Is Stakataka an organic version of Mechamorphs' nanites? If you can explain the existence of sentient lego gorilla, I believe you can do the same with sentient origami piece of paper
I think they're a robotic species that the Omnitrix has copied but had modified to have the logo. Kickenhawk has darker feathers,is taller, stronger, andfaster than his donor. Other biomechanical aliens such as clockwork can change appearances over time (Young ben and teen ben had different versions for the same alien.) And if you just want to say it's just cosmetic then remember that Rath was naked for 90% of the series. I like the first theory of yours the best. A living goo surrounded by a suit to contain the radiation is a concept we have seen before with NRG. The other two are werid for me. If there is a species that create a living nuke when why would they still be the dominant species?
The reason Kickenhawk looks completely different from the DNA donor is because the Omnitrix turns Ben into the apex version of that species. Another example from the show is Bullfrag. He's taller, more muscular, and far more athletic than the other Incursions. Of course, this difference is only as drastic as it is because the Incursions destroyed their homeworld and subsist off whatever they can salvage from conquering other worlds, but the point still stands. An example that may be easier to understand is this: If an alien used an Omnitrix to become a human, they'd basically be Batman, physically speaking.

I like to combine all the theories. I would have it so that Atomix was a naturally ocurring nuckear goo species that was harvested to be eaten and then used for war but eventually the Atomix people rose up to free themselves from being instruments of war and forged in their suits the symbol of Peace as they never again want to be used for war. I have theory of my own: Do you remember Azimuth's exosuit in Secret of The Omnitrix? According to the Ben 10 wiki, that exosuit was based on the technological gods that the Galvans worshipped. It also looks pretty similar to Atomix. So what if Atomix's species is the race of aforememtioned tech gods? Edit: as an bonus, I also thought up a name for Atomix's species: Hemizoan Fusors Etymology: • Hemizoan-the prefix hemi-(half) & the suffix -zoan(life), both of Greek origin. (When combined, it literally means half-life) • Fusor-any object capable of performing nuclear fusion.
You know I wished Ben 10 explained hoe the mechanical aliens came into existence. Because it would be kinda weird to see them come from primordial soup but at the same time I can see some mechanical aliens coming from a weird primordial soup exclusive to their home worlds
Probably just Arthropods that included mechanics to their biology along with metal exoskeletons to adapt themselves into naturally occurring cyborgs, some going farther then that into fully-non-organic ferrorobotics or metal machines like Chronosapiens.
I definitely love to think that Atomix is the DNA sample of the Machine Gods that were worshipped by the primitive Galvans, and I love the idea of Atomix actually being living atomic ooze in a mechanical suit.
I remember when Atomix was first mentioned in Ben 10 classic, and then I had waited and waited for him to show up in the show proper, and by the time Omniverse happened I got sick and tired of waiting for Atomix that I had stopped watching the show. Only to find out after Omniverse ended that Atomix finally decided to show up

Can we take a moment to say how insane Atomix's first appearance actually was? Man showed up, was given a baller name by a dumbed out Azmuth, proceeds to casually send an Ultimate Alien a couple stories down, accidentally kicked Gwen and the others so hard they not only nearly passed out but reached an altitude where they can pass out IN SECONDS, then proceeds to make an Infinity sign, and then ONE SHOTS THAT SAME ULTIMATE ALIEN, then times out. Atomix is such a chad, there's a reason he's part of my list of first 10 aliens I would want if I got an omnitrix.
Maybe the sign of peace is on this radioactive robot to indicate it is some kind of peace keeper or the suit itself contains a dangerous life form and in tern is a device for creating peace by letting Atomix control what makes him chaotic.
The fact Malgax (Vilgax w/ Malware armor) was able to fight more equally to this guy than Albedo could is really impressive. Atomix is Ben's 2nd or 3rd strongest on screen transformation and one shot Albedo. Wish they actually gave us information about Atomix. Edit: One flaw in this theory is the appearance of Atomix's armor looking the way it does. By Omniverse we know the Omnitrix creates armor or clothing for certain species. Like Rath got a luchador outfit, Jerryrig got a whole aviator suit, and NRG gets his containment suit. And if we consider alternate Bens, Mad Ben's Upchuck has a hat. So it's possible that the Omnitrix itself is making Atomix's armor.
i had a theory that is like your 3. theory about atomix being an omnitrix creation but for me the reason was that atomix was created to counter the ultimate aliens that albeto was using.
Personal theory: atomix is an omnitrix-created DNA sample like nanomech, seeing as Ben has been literally almost everywhere in earth, which means he may have picked up some radiation during an off-camera fight and the omnitrix synthesized and didn't inform Ben because he previously was annoyed by uncatalogued DNA notifications
I love the theory that Atomix is actually sentient nuclear waste in a suit and perhaps that’s what the Galvan machine gods are which might be Atomix's species, I still think still think they have a connection with the Prypiatosian-Bs (NRG's species), but not like they're related, them having the ability to generate nuclear energy, would make them an all-you-can-eat buffet for NRG's species, thus making them their choice of prey.
i like the idea of other Species created Atomix, my headcanon or theory is that Asmoth actually made him and add him into the omnitrix, so there only 1 of them which also explain why he have the omnitrix symbol on his chess. and Asmoth made him for some kind of back up plan, hes a smartest being after all so maybe just maybe. Asmoth planned this before. like what if he got his brain sucked out or Albedo made another Ultamatrix (why wouldnt he since he hate him and Ben) or whatever crazy scenerio that Asmoth can come up with. Atomix is there, and since Asmoth made Atomix himself Albedo couldnt turn into him at all, hes also not dumb so he couldve use Atomix too but he didnt you he couldnt turned into him, which could explain why he seem shocked when Atomix appeared sooo basically Atomix is like... the number 1 counter for Albedo's Ultimate and maybe some last resource tranformation to defend.
Minor nitpick, Bullfrag wasn't unlocked coincidentally during the Incursean invasion of Earth, rather Azmuth gave Ben the code for Incursean DNA after rescuing him
Okay, so I do have a counterpoint to the whole "Why would Atomix have the symbol for intergalactic peace on his chest.", it could just be that the Omnitrix designed the normal patterns into that shape. Lots of Ben's early aliens had similar black and white patterns due to his usual T-shirt. So something similar could be happening here. As for what species, I'd go with option A. Atomix being made of Nuclear material would make sense, especially if we go with the "Prypiatosian-A" idea proposed by Ink Tank. Similar to how Petropia has 3 separate species in the reboot. Even if they aren't from the same planet, it's clear some aliens parallel each other, like Wildvine and Swampfire have similar plant based natures.

Of YOUR ideas, I most like the last one. But in general, I love 5YL story. If considering that as canon, then, Atomix has Omnitrix symbol maybe, because they had access to some Galvan technologies or something or some Galvans helped them.
What I find fascinating is, many of these species look artificial...echo echo, lonestar, goop, feedback, they have a similar feel to them like upgrade, ehich is an artificial Creation (mechamorph). They were either created by more advanced species, or they voluntarily decided to change their own biology artificially.
Maybe it's as simple as "Heatblast's planet is constantly on fire, so he has fire powers." "Lodestar's planet is constantly bombarded by electromagnetism, so he has electromagnetism." I.e. Atomix is influenced by the environment.
Tbh one of my favorite theories is that Atomix is a subspecies of NRG because mainly they both rely on suits and are primarily made out of energy the difference being maybe NRG’s planet had a cataclysmic event which raised radiation levels so the ones who stayed on the surface of the planet developed more advanced suits to keep their forms intact since they absorbed more radiation and are highly unstable while the main species retreated to underground and built more durable and crude suits from minerals nearby to survive the heat and pressure
For some reason I always believed atomix had a connection to a world of nuclear (kinda) energy similar to Cyclops from marvel (a dimension of kinetic force) (it makes some sense it could exist in ben 10 due to upchuck) And his species evolved to control that (or was made to) I think this headcannon is through the wiki stating unknown source of nuclear energy and how I think its a cool concept to fill yourself full of energy I also always assumed atomix's omnitrix symbol was a sort of customisation from the omnitrix as a outfit of sorts (though while typing this I think it would be funny if it was considered a tattoo by his species)

Another bit for the ooze in a suit idea is that Echo Echo already has something similar going on. The physical body we see is just a suit. The true form of sonarosians is actually living soundwaves. A 4th possibility l, albeit one with no evidence for or against it, is that Atomix was meant to be another Chromastone situation, an otherwise 1 of a kind species that got scanned into the omnitrix. If that's true, we know absolutely nothing about the circumstances of why he exists but we can probably infur he was created as a biomechanical guardian of some highly intelligent species other than the galvan. If it were galvan the dna source likely would've come up at some point during our visits to Galvan Prime.

I think the first one is my favorite as it gives a funny but interesting thought that its more of a sentient uranium species inhabiting a suit If i had to throw my (crackpot) two cents in i can lowkey see Atomix being a Chromostone situation(?) like theres been no other recorded members (or rather bg assets) to my knowledge of this species, theres no info on them aside their abilities, and a stretch reason that Ben Prime is the only one we see use this form. Atomix being a very specific nuclear powered robotic creature (with a *warhead* shaped head no less-) always just gave the vibe the source DNA could be some long gone counter-weapon or energy source for a species.
All 3 theories are good but my favourite is the Third theory because Azmuth knew what he can do (which is normal for him) and the Omnitrix symbol on it's chest. I wonder if Atomix is actually Radioactive can it cause Radiation poisoning, since it's Fusion I see it as a Star, mostly not radioactive but can probably produce X-Rays and Gamma rays if it wants too. Splitting atoms is not the same as splitting the molecules into individual atoms. I'm not sure if I got it right, but what I understood from your video is that such a machine would scan Azmuth's brain, and make a perfect copy down to the last atom inside Albedo's brain. But, it wouldn't really need to split the atoms themselves, which is what nuclear fission is. It would be more like building chemical bonds to form neurons, which I don't think release that much energy.
Gluto doesn’t actually need the suit to function it serves more as a chair and potentially allows gluto to to interact with the world using the robot arms as to my knowledge Gluto probably doesn’t have the form to push buttons with his slime body but can use his weight and retraction on levers and pulleys Gluto is more of a jelly as he is able to be grabbed and knocked unconscious whereas as goop is 100% a liquid given structure and form thanks to the agp
You already made an alien origins episode on Gutrot, but, fans have been talking about Atomix being related to Gutrot, like they are robotic looking aliens with similar abilities, so, you perhaps should have covered that.

Well, about the Omnitrix- chest, I would suggest it's a birthmark kinda situation. The species has or generally has/potentially can have a "window" on their chest, and, since Atomix is an Omnitrix sample of the species' genepool, it has that shape. Like goop being green, as we know they come in manny shade and slime....😅 Pun asaide, they cannonicly have different colour and flavour

Also as for why Atomix has the Omnitrix symbol, that might be specific to Atomix and not his species (if he does have one) as for he’s half brain transfer device, I don’t think this is likely for the obvious reason that we don’t know how it works, and also because I swear I remember hearing the nanites that make Nanomech have some form of DNA, similar to how upgrade is made of nanites but still has some sort of genetic material.
nuclear reactors are not actually dangerous, they are only dangerous when very heavily neglected, and even after one of the cores meltdown it's still able to produce power. it's actually the safest power production we have
I wonder if any other aliens are actually creations of the Omnitrix. What if Chromastone was actually a creation of either Azmuth or the Omnitrix, or both, based on the Petrosapien legend? What if Gutrot was created by the Omnitrix to better handle enemies who may have an advantage over you, when future Animo and present day Animo attacked Ben. What if Toepick was created by the Omnitrix to combat opponents that you can't overpower?
when ben 10k transforms into the fusion between Atomix and Alien X the goop inside atomix doesn't change, only the suit, if Atomix's body where only the fluid then the fluid should be the one to change into a space texture instead of the suit

I saw someone comment about how Atomix is inside a metal suit and I gotta say I hard disagree on that logic, Atomix is fully made of radiation and metal all in one, he doesn't have a suit, that's just how he is, NRG only has a suit when he needs to protect others on an alien planet, the suit is not part of him

I personally don't think too much thought was put into atomix's species. They just wanted to make a cool alien convenient to the plot There is an argument to be made all the aliens were conceptualized this way too but atomix fits that description better than the others That being said, you did a good job at trying to rationalize this alien. One thing about the ooze theory I’m surprised you didn’t mention is that it makes Atomix even more similar to NRG, both being radioactive beings contained in suits of armor to allow them to more safely interact with their environments. Adds a layer of believability to it, tying it to other bits of world building, but also makes him less unique, so idk how I feel about that.
Atomix always gave me mecha anime vibes, with the metallic body, calling out the names of his attacks, and him being able to create mini stars being reminiscent of Shin Getter Robo’s “Stoner Sunshine” so I personally always figured his “species” might have some sort of tie to a higher power. Lots of mecha series tie their mechas to godliness of some sort - Evangelions being cloned from Angels, Transformers being intelligently designed by the God Primus, or the aforementioned Getter Robo being the avatar of an all-consuming eldritch abomination, etc - so combine that with Atomix apparently being the second strongest alien in the Omnitrix after Alien X, I do wonder if he’s like, an extra-dimensional being or something, and what we see is just the part that exists in the lower dimensions.
I have a soft spot for Atomix. I know he's a bit controversial but I love him. Mainly because as a kid I had a dream about me with the Omnitrix and the first alien I turned into was very similar to Atomix with the same color scheme, body shape and large Omnitrix symbol on it's chest. I had this dream way before OV and UA debuted.

Perhaps atomix being a manmade nuclear bomb that gained sentience, him having the symbol of peace on his chest was meant by his creators to symbolize how he could end wars.

Honestly never really questioned atomix's species like this before.
When you pointed out that its a bit weird for a species to have the omnitrix symbol on his chest it reminded me about azimuths suit in the movie. It was based after galvin gods and also had the symbol on its chest.
Given we dont see any of this species present I'd wager they are either extinct or from another galaxy if he even has a species at all. The idea of azimuth trying to recreate gods for the omnitrix or making a new species in their image is definitely interesting though.
Maybe, basing on the goop like theory, the Omnitrix adapted Ben's clothes into Atomix containment suit, like it does when it gives wrists bands and other accessories to many aliens in Omniverse, and that's why it has the Omnitrix logo to go with Ben's overall attire

Your theory on Atomix is very well done. Although the ooze and the toy theory can be fused into one where whatever species decided/accidentally to make Atomix and figuring out that Atomix is a dangerous species but unlike an animal, Atomix is intelligen. Thus, instead of exterminating them, they help them so they can live peacefully without having to deal with radiation hazard.
Also, wasn't it Azmuth that gave Ben the DNA sample of the Incursian?
P.S. Just a video idea, maybe you can make a what if the Omnitrix scanned every sentient alien that Ben ever come across (example: When Ben met Krab and Sixsix, the Omnitrix didn't scan them. But what if they did?).

Kraab and SixSix were special cases. SixSix was a mutant, which the Omnitrix doesn't accept, and Kraab had most of his body destroyed in the Piscciss/Pyros war, and was almost entirely robotic.

Because they are the weirdest to me, like, how a plant/tree can consume electricity? How Blacephalon's head works? Is Stakataka an organic version of Mechamorphs' nanites? If you can explain the existence of sentient lego gorilla, I believe you can do the same with sentient origami piece of paper

I think they're a robotic species that the Omnitrix has copied but had modified to have the logo. Kickenhawk has darker feathers,is taller, stronger, andfaster than his donor. Other biomechanical aliens such as clockwork can change appearances over time (Young ben and teen ben had different versions for the same alien.) And if you just want to say it's just cosmetic then remember that Rath was naked for 90% of the series.
I like the first theory of yours the best. A living goo surrounded by a suit to contain the radiation is a concept we have seen before with NRG.

The reason Kickenhawk looks completely different from the DNA donor is because the Omnitrix turns Ben into the apex version of that species.
Another example from the show is Bullfrag. He's taller, more muscular, and far more athletic than the other Incursions. Of course, this difference is only as drastic as it is because the Incursions destroyed their homeworld and subsist off whatever they can salvage from conquering other worlds, but the point still stands.
An example that may be easier to understand is this: If an alien used an Omnitrix to become a human, they'd basically be Batman, physically speaking.

I like to combine all the theories. I would have it so that Atomix was a naturally ocurring nuckear goo species that was harvested to be eaten and then used for war but eventually the Atomix people rose up to free themselves from being instruments of war and forged in their suits the symbol of Peace as they never again want to be used for war. According to the Ben 10 wiki, that exosuit was based on the technological gods that the Galvans worshipped. It also looks pretty similar to Atomix.

You know I wished Ben 10 explained hoe the mechanical aliens came into existence. Because it would be kinda weird to see them come from primordial soup but at the same time I can see some mechanical aliens coming from a weird primordial soup exclusive to their home worlds
Probably just Arthropods that included mechanics to their biology along with metal exoskeletons to adapt themselves into naturally occurring cyborgs, some going farther then that into fully-non-organic ferrorobotics or metal machines like Chronosapiens.

I definitely love to think that Atomix is the DNA sample of the Machine Gods that were worshipped by the primitive Galvans, and I love the idea of Atomix actually being living atomic ooze in a mechanical suit.
I remember when Atomix was first mentioned in Ben 10 classic, and then I had waited and waited for him to show up in the show proper, and by the time Omniverse happened I got sick and tired of waiting for Atomix that I had stopped watching the show. Only to find out after Omniverse ended that Atomix finally decided to show up

Can we take a moment to say how insane Atomix's first appearance actually was? Man showed up, was given a baller name by a dumbed out Azmuth, proceeds to casually send an Ultimate Alien a couple stories down, accidentally kicked Gwen and the others so hard they not only nearly passed out but reached an altitude where they can pass out IN SECONDS, then proceeds to make an Infinity sign, and then ONE SHOTS THAT SAME ULTIMATE ALIEN, then times out. Atomix is such a chad, there's a reason he's part of my list of first 10 aliens I would want if I got an omnitrix.

Maybe the sign of peace is on this radioactive robot to indicate it is some kind of peace keeper or the suit itself contains a dangerous life form and in tern is a device for creating peace by letting Atomix control what makes him chaotic.

The fact Malgax (Vilgax w/ Malware armor) was able to fight more equally to this guy than Albedo could is really impressive. Atomix is Ben's 2nd or 3rd strongest on screen transformation and one shot Albedo. Wish they actually gave us information about Atomix.
Edit: One flaw in this theory is the appearance of Atomix's armor looking the way it does. By Omniverse we know the Omnitrix creates armor or clothing for certain species. Like Rath got a luchador outfit, Jerryrig got a whole aviator suit, and NRG gets his containment suit. And if we consider alternate Bens, Mad Ben's Upchuck has a hat. So it's possible that the Omnitrix itself is making Atomix's armor.
i had a theory that is like your 3. theory about atomix being an omnitrix creation but for me the reason was that atomix was created to counter the ultimate aliens that albeto was using.
Personal theory: atomix is an omnitrix-created DNA sample like nanomech, seeing as Ben has been literally almost everywhere in earth, which means he may have picked up some radiation during an off-camera fight and the omnitrix synthesized and didn't inform Ben because he previously was annoyed by uncatalogued DNA notifications

I love the theory that Atomix is actually sentient nuclear waste in a suit and perhaps that’s what the Galvan machine gods are which might be Atomix's species, I still think still think they have a connection with the Prypiatosian-Bs (NRG's species), but not like they're related, them having the ability to generate nuclear energy, would make them an all-you-can-eat buffet for NRG's species, thus making them their choice of prey.

i like the idea of other Species created Atomix, my headcanon or theory is that Asmoth actually made him and add him into the omnitrix, so there only 1 of them which also explain why he have the omnitrix symbol on his chess. and Asmoth made him for some kind of back up plan, hes a smartest being after all so maybe just maybe. Asmoth planned this before. like what if he got his brain sucked out or Albedo made another Ultamatrix (why wouldnt he since he hate him and Ben) or whatever crazy scenerio that Asmoth can come up with. Atomix is there, and since Asmoth made Atomix himself Albedo couldnt turn into him at all, hes also not dumb so he couldve use Atomix too but he didnt you he couldnt turned into him, which could explain why he seem shocked when Atomix appeared sooo basically Atomix is like... the number 1 counter for Albedo's Ultimate and maybe some last resource tranformation to defend.
Minor nitpick, Bullfrag wasn't unlocked coincidentally during the Incursean invasion of Earth, rather Azmuth gave Ben the code for Incursean DNA after rescuing him

Okay, so I do have a counterpoint to the whole "Why would Atomix have the symbol for intergalactic peace on his chest.", it could just be that the Omnitrix designed the normal patterns into that shape. Lots of Ben's early aliens had similar black and white patterns due to his usual T-shirt. So something similar could be happening here.
As for what species, I'd go with option A. Atomix being made of Nuclear material would make sense, especially if we go with the "Prypiatosian-A" idea proposed by Ink Tank. Similar to how Petropia has 3 separate species in the reboot. Even if they aren't from the same planet, it's clear some aliens parallel each other, like Wildvine and Swampfire have similar plant based natures.

What I find fascinating is, many of these species look artificial...echo echo, lonestar, goop, feedback, they have a similar feel to them like upgrade, ehich is an artificial Creation (mechamorph). They were either created by more advanced species, or they voluntarily decided to change their own biology artificially.
Maybe it's as simple as
"Heatblast's planet is constantly on fire, so he has fire powers."
"Lodestar's planet is constantly bombarded by electromagnetism, so he has electromagnetism."
I.e. Atomix is influenced by the environment.
Tbh one of my favorite theories is that Atomix is a subspecies of NRG because mainly they both rely on suits and are primarily made out of energy the difference being maybe NRG’s planet had a cataclysmic event which raised radiation levels so the ones who stayed on the surface of the planet developed more advanced suits to keep their forms intact since they absorbed more radiation and are highly unstable while the main species retreated to underground and built more durable and crude suits from minerals nearby to survive the heat and pressure

For some reason I always believed atomix had a connection to a world of nuclear (kinda) energy similar to Cyclops from marvel (a dimension of kinetic force) (it makes some sense it could exist in ben 10 due to upchuck)

I think this headcannon is through the wiki stating unknown source of nuclear energy and how I think its a cool concept to fill yourself full of energy
I also always assumed atomix's omnitrix symbol was a sort of customisation from the omnitrix as a outfit of sorts (though while typing this I think it would be funny if it was considered a tattoo by his species)

Another bit for the ooze in a suit idea is that Echo Echo already has something similar going on. The physical body we see is just a suit. The true form of sonarosians is actually living soundwaves.
A 4th possibility l, albeit one with no evidence for or against it, is that Atomix was meant to be another Chromastone situation, an otherwise 1 of a kind species that got scanned into the omnitrix. If that's true, we know absolutely nothing about the circumstances of why he exists but we can probably infur he was created as a biomechanical guardian of some highly intelligent species other than the galvan. If it were galvan the dna source likely would've come up at some point during our visits to Galvan Prime.
One thing's for sure, Atomix got terribly nerfed while fighting Malgax.

If i had to throw my (crackpot) two cents in i can lowkey see Atomix being a Chromostone situation(?) like theres been no other recorded members (or rather bg assets) to my knowledge of this species, theres no info on them aside their abilities, and a stretch reason that Ben Prime is the only one we see use this form. Atomix being a very specific nuclear powered robotic creature (with a *warhead* shaped head no less-) always just gave the vibe the source DNA could be some long gone counter-weapon or energy source for a species.

All 3 theories are good but my favourite is the Third theory because Azmuth knew what he can do (which is normal for him) and the Omnitrix symbol on it's chest. I wonder if Atomix is actually Radioactive can it cause Radiation poisoning, since it's Fusion I see it as a Star, mostly not radioactive but can probably produce X-Rays and Gamma rays if it wants too. I don't know 🤔
Splitting atoms is not the same as splitting the molecules into individual atoms.
I'm not sure if I got it right, but what I understood from your video is that such a machine would scan Azmuth's brain, and make a perfect copy down to the last atom inside Albedo's brain.
But, it wouldn't really need to split the atoms themselves, which is what nuclear fission is.
It would be more like building chemical bonds to form neurons, which I don't think release that much energy.
I believe atomix were one of that special alien asmuth create to counter fake omnitrix.
Gluto doesn’t actually need the suit to function it serves more as a chair and potentially allows gluto to to interact with the world using the robot arms as to my knowledge Gluto probably doesn’t have the form to push buttons with his slime body but can use his weight and retraction on levers and pulleys
Gluto is more of a jelly as he is able to be grabbed and knocked unconscious whereas as goop is 100% a liquid given structure and form thanks to the agp

Well, about the Omnitrix- chest, I would suggest it's a birthmark kinda situation. The species has or generally has/potentially can have a "window" on their chest, and, since Atomix is an Omnitrix sample of the species' genepool, it has that shape. Like goop being green, as we know they come in manny shade and slime....😅 Pun asaide, they cannonicly have different colour and flavour

Also as for why Atomix has the Omnitrix symbol, that might be specific to Atomix and not his species (if he does have one) as for he’s half brain transfer device, I don’t think this is likely for the obvious reason that we don’t know how it works, and also because I swear I remember hearing the nanites that make Nanomech have some form of DNA, similar to how upgrade is made of nanites but still has some sort of genetic material.

when ben 10k transforms into the fusion between Atomix and Alien X the goop inside atomix doesn't change, only the suit, if Atomix's body where only the fluid then the fluid should be the one to change into a space texture instead of the suit
True but when the nuclear energy comes out, that's what becomes space-textured, so it could be that the space texture isn't Alien X's body either, but rather a "cosmic energy" of some sort.
