It being found on another planet does not mean it's native to it either, the creator has stated that the original Crabdozer Kyber got the DNA from was on a game reserve (something Kyber can easily get to wether private or not). Also a Crabdozer being able to survive that environment is not out of the question as it has a unique composition so things like foreign bacteria or a different ecosystem wouldn't mean much to something that has adapted to a much harsher environment. The jungle planet (with no discernible abnormalities) that was shown would not be conducive to producing something like it. Ben Ten also plays pretty loose with the rules of biology as well since it has a lot of leeway considering an organism evolving outside of Earth would definitely be subject to different rules. The remains of Omnivoracious would be very difficult for Kyber to obtain as he is a hunter, not an archeologist. You won't find the bones lying on the ground so the exhibit was his best chance at getting a sample. The other option of getting a genetic sample from a hypothetical descendent species isn't as good as it sounds either as it would be nowhere near as large or deadly. Evolution doesn't just favor being the strongest but the most adaptable or suited for the shifting environment. Just look at sloths, millions of years ago there were species of them that towered over bears yet the one's today are nowhere comparable. As for Tyranopede, it is more than a match for Humongasaur. We even see how overwhelmed Ben is as Humongasaur in a later battle despite Skurd modifying him with other alien abilities. He would have lost if Rook didn't get the collar off in time (or if he just turned into a more powerful aliens).

The biggest issue the Nemetrix introduced was how loosely it played with the idea of "sentience". They said the Nemetrix could only be wielded properly by a non-sentient creature otherwise the feral instincts of the predator species within would overwhelm a sentient person's consciousness . Yet for all intents and purposes Wild Mutt seems more like something that belongs in the Nemetrix than the Omnitrix. Its species as a whole operates like wolves, composed of packs that hunt together in the wild instead of an actual society. And then the Nemetrix has the DNA of a predator that was able to apparently outthink what became the smartest species in the galaxy (like the Galvan's could put up a physical fight against any other predator, especially one that could tear an elephant in half) and that didn't somehow qualify it as sentient?

I was really worried for my queer friends in the states recently (and felt a bit guilty about being relatively safe in Canada now when they're still in the states). But this whole deal, combined with the fact that multiple of these Executive Orders have severe spelling, punctuation, formatting, and grammatical errors, and that at least one of them literally seems to be AI generated (at least part of the "Gulf of America" one is basically an exact copy and paste of what you get if you ask Chat GPT to tell you why the Gulf of Mexico is important), has lessened these worries a bit. If Trump keeps doing shit like this, he's basically just going to be ineffective and embarrass himself. The wording and formatting of laws is very important to how enforceable they are. This also covers infertile individuals as they still either have XX or XY and thus belong to the sex that produces the respective reproductive cell, regardless of their personal inability to do so. This only doesn't cover intersex individuals which is fine as they are such a small percentage of the population and their cases vary so its best to deal with those at an individual bases instead. This is about CHROMOSOMES not genitalia as genitalia can be removed or altered but chromosomes can't. At birth we used genitalia as an indicator of chromosomes as 99.99% of the time it fits and the other 0.01% of the time is...intersex and cases vary from needing blood work to tell or other. Don't try and argue false semantics on this and claim that biological facts or on your side to own Trump or the right when if you actually read it correctly it fits just fine with biological fact. Be intellectually honest.
