- In this animation, you will learn step by step how to make a go kart with electric motor.
In the first step, you will create the main floor of your vehicle with mdf.
In the second step, you will combine water pipes cut to the appropriate dimensions as shown in the animation.
In the third and last step you will connect the vehicle battery and potentiometer.
So you can make a go-kart for your child at a very cheap and affordable price. (

Thanks you for your precious comment. I live in Turkey. I don't know how you can buy in the USA However, the motor's specs are written in the video. Using them you can buy a similar engine from a local Electronics shop in America.

By the way am thinking of a way to do this without the wooden base what do you think.
Unfortunately I cannot help with suppliers in your country, but You can search it as a scooter wheel, you will come across many alternatives. of course you can do without a wooden plinth but it would not be suitable for this design. You have to increase the supports and find and use the correct parts to connect the wheels. I think it is not the right approach to remove the wooden base from this design.

The door hinge used for steering system often falls down with the front wheels on driving tru bumps n bad roads.. Is there any way to permanently attach the hinge to the wood so that i can even drive it on bad roads .. ? Pls reply brother 😔
The door hinge consists of two parts that are joined together. I just made it look like it was separate for a better telling.

I just created an animation explaining the mechanical assembly. Combine the positive and negative poles of the motors, connect the cables you have connected to the motor drive. (one with potentiometer motor driver). If you search on the internet for how to make an electrical connection, you will come across many sources with electrical connection scheme. Thank you.
