Pls.whatnis the speed ratio of the reducer, is it 1 to 10 rpm or 1 to 15 rpm or 1 to 20rpm or 1 to 30 rpm

This machine does not need to run very fast, the higher the ratio you choose, the slower the machine will have, but the higher the shredding power. You have to choose according to the part you want to break, for example: 1:30 gearbox ratio is stronger than 1:20 gearbox ratio.
@@UmutcanVurgun I want to use the machine for shredding of used low density polyethylene films and I need faster production hence I want to know if 1 to 10 gear box will be good for the work. I will be happy to be corrected and to be taught on this issue. Thanks
Since polythene films is not a very hard material to be shredded like iron metal items. My thinking is to use 1 to 10 gear box and achive higher production rate of shredding polythene film that does not require much shredding power rather than using 1 to 30 gear box that has much power and achieved low production rate of shredding polythene films. Pls, advise if 1 to 10 radicon gear box size 5 will be ok for shredding polythene films. I intend using 15hp electric motor normal speed of 1800rpm. Pls, advice if I am getting is right. Thanks alot

Merhaba, bunun tasarımı bana ait değil, sadece animasyonu hazırladım ama açıkçası çok kaliteli bir çelik kullanmak gerektiğini düşünmüyorum. Neticede plastik parçalamak amacıyla tasarlanmış bir ürün. Siyah sac veya daha iyisi c45 tarzı bir malzeme iş görecektir diye düşünüyorum.
