What a lovely engine, it starts so much easier than my old CS used to. I’d love another, we also had to sell up several years ago when money was tight.
I have always liked theses little engines and I think one day I will have one but I have no idea how to get them running but the more I watch you mr man cave the more I learn love the video see you next time 😊
Hi Adam I’ve been following you for about 8 months and always enjoy your videos even though I know nothing about stationery engines. My favourite engine I’ve seen you playing with was the Norman T300 but I was wondering if you could give us some history of your knowledge. Things like your first engine and where you learnt, I’ve looked back on your old videos but can’t find anything about you
I had a Lister CS on a startomatic set, one day the crank shaft broke and the flywheel rolled right across a seven acer field trough a hedge and into the ditch that separated us from Marham air field.
@@Mr_Reaper Luckily no one was near at the time, but it does show how much energy there is in a fly wheel. It would likely kill someone if it hit them.
Tinkering with engines - my fav vids 👍🏻 But please stop buying kelter at a faster rate than you can punch it out & sort out a smarter storage solution than stacking off the shed floor 🙏🏻
If you spray anymore WD40 on those rockers you're going to wash all of the lubricating grease out of the bearing surfaces. Please look at things first.
Since any ancient dog-turd grease remains are going to be well impregnated with rust, dirt and sand dust, I'd say that that might be a much needed first step - before adding some clean lubricant. No? 😉😊
Great news and it sounds good. Also nice to see Mrs ManCave knocking about. You pair look after yourselves.
What a beauty ! 1st time , amazing 👍🏻

Absolutely incredible mate 👍🏻. You definitely have the magic touch Adam 👍🏻
Give the grease cap on the rocker shaft a turn mate!!
I have always wanted one of these CS Listers, but they are really hard to find here in the States. Great work to get her up and running.
You really worked your magic on that one Adam. That will be sold by tomorrow

Enjoyed that.., nice little video 😀👍
Great content love watching your videos. Regards to Mrs man cave. Keep up the good work.
Really interesting and impressive work. I would love to know more about your background in engineering.
Brilliant first time start .
Great video😊😊
Really interesting you make it look easy😊😊
Thanks😊😊
3 bits of good news; your Lister runs, your neighbour sounds like he finished cutting his grass and I am going to buy some WD40 shares.
Would love to own this CS as a running oily rag resto, that's poetry in motion
Nice one buddy keep up the good work
Great video 🤠
Well done ready for resale
She's running well Adam
“At Last”, someone’s finished running them engines! 😊ha ha
Nice job but we couldn’t see anything when you cracked the fuel pipe on top of the head. First pull start, good job 👍
Sorry, mate.I think there's a grease cap.On that shaft
That's good getting it free bud interested getting mini model engine
Great work mr man cave, WD should pay you for all that promotion. 😊
Nice,👍👍
Diesel & heavy gear oil fumes are my favourite, they should make aftershave with the same aroma.
I totally agree 😂they did try and I think they called it Brut and it’s green 😂
I think there's a greeon on the shaft on the rockers
I would appreciate a price Adam…thanks kindly, David

Wd40 is not lube you know?
Neither are bananas and sawdust. But they work wonders in noisy diffs and gearboxes! 😜🤣🤣
Nice smurf hands
can you clean that Fuel filter at all?
Mr man cave.😮 how much would you be wanting for the Lister CS diesel ?
Is the CS water cooled Adam?
Hello
Interested in the engine if possible. Will wait and see if we get reply etc
Hi Adam, interested in the CS as a first stationary engine, what sort of money you looking for? Nigel
The WD40 will evaporate, its a water dispersant
Clue's in the name!
It is
Can you put me down for 2 tickets for the raffle Adam please
