Will Smith is a talented musician and actor but In this day & age with the way social media is as well as memes and all I feel like years from now this is the only thing he'll be known/remembered for is the slap heard around the world.
I'm still a Will Smith fan, however he gets no points for picking on a weak target and for selfishly making that night about him, overshadowing Samuel Jackson's accomplishment. He wouldn't have tried that ish if a wrestler or football player mad that joke. All over just alopecia, not some terminal cancer. And I'd have to say that Will's rap career w/ Jazz is far & away his #1 defining moment. I'd kill to see the Rap City video of the "Summertime" joint. Was never a fan of his show, and have only seen it once since the show ended.
