    Tried this Monday and it felt amazing afterward. Thank you for sharing! Going to do this three times weekly unless you recommend more or less

    Can we perform this as a warm-up before workout.... strength workout??

      These aren't recommended to be used as a warm up. They are better done at a separate time of day to promote overall mobility.
