I usually drop the easy to do exercises with the newer harder to do ones. I like to keep the difficulty of my exercises at a 6-8/10. Anything below that might not be enough to stimulate a change.
@@RehabHero It clicks when I stretch it completely, a loud pop can be felt clearly Heard in my front ankle, not from the sides or the back. And as a result, with any rotation, my ankle clicks due to the association with the front ankle.
